Great summer shirt, a little bit sheer
Fits well, nicely made, very light weight which is great for summer, but the tradeoff is that it's a bit more sheer than I'd prefer.

Perfect summer shirt
Love this shirt! It has a lovely shape and falls on my body at the right length. I usually am between medium and large and the medium has plenty of room. Goes with everything and you can dress it up or down. The material is a little see-through, which I anticipated given it's a white linen shirt, so I just wear a cami under it. I will be wearing this all summer!

Love Linen!
This is a beautiful shirt although I wish it wasn’t quite so sheer.
AND… I wish EF would make a sheer, lightweight (not clingy) camisole to wear under her sheer tops. Both a long and short version please!

Seaweed is a great summer color
I ordered two of these, xs and s, not sure of fit (5'6", 127lb), as I have narrow shoulders but large upper arms. I kept the xs. It's a wonderful color for summer if you just can't or won't wear pastels, and a nice in-between linen--I wouldn't call it handkerchief linen exactly, which I think is finer than this. One complaint, which I have with a lot of EF garments with inset sleeves--these end up puffing up a little at the seams. It's a skill to get inset sleeves exactly right, it's old-school tailoring. If you iron down the inseams to lay flat it helps--this should happen at the EF end.

Love the Outfit
Beautiful shirt, nice fabric and color. I got it to go with matching wide-leg pants; a wonderful outfit. I did have to have the upper arms let out some because they were a fraction too tight for my big arms! But I love the outfit, and I even have the matching market bag.

Do Not Size Down for this Shirt
Nice quality of linen. Not as generously cut through the hips as other EF tops I own. I do not recommend sizing down for this EF shirt.

Great Fit
Very elegant, comfortable shirt. Beautiful fabric and color. I wear it with skinny black jeans, and like the way the bottom of the shirt flows as I walk. I normally wear an XS in EF and this fit perfectly.

Amazing
There are a million white 100% linen shirts on the market, but the EF one just looks and feels more expensive. I appreciate that it was available in my size, SP. Although it looks like a standard white shirt, there are design considerations tucked in here and there. It has a very slight A-shape, so with all the buttons closed, it drapes very well. I know that this will stay in my closet for years and years.

Love the colour!!
Bought this in a plus size to wear as a loose linen working shirt. Had to get a second as I was wearing it all the time. Now I want you to make it in that agean blue and in a sexy dark eggplant. It’s great that it has no darts.

Great fabric but odd fit
Loved the linen but the shirt was too long and too wide around the bottom. A smaller size would not have worked given the narrower top. I had to return it unfortunately.

Gorgeous shirt, runs small maybe?
This is a gorgeous shirt, but I found the shoulders and bust ran small for the size. I'm kind of between size L and XL, but this was pulling in the bust and very uncomfortable in the shoulders. Not sure if it runs small, but I need an XL. It's in the mail heading back.

Marvelous tailored shirt
I bought this shirt and the matching wide-legged pants despite NOT being a fan of the color green. However, the rich, unusual seaweed hue is in a class of its own. Both shirt and pants were perfect fits for my size 12 (medium) frame. I love the weight and texture of both pieces. Can’t wait for hot weather to wear the shirt, but am wearing the pants on every “warmish” day with EF tunics. Would love to see the shirt in some bright colors too.

Very Nice basic linen shirt
Nice but not special EF top. I’d describe the Material as “linen napkin weight” vs the Older EF handkerchief linen shirts, dresses Ive owned and loved for more than a decade ! It was softer after washing and really didn’t need ironing unless you like a starched look. I’ll probably wash several times before wearing. Ordered M. I’m 5’7 158 lb , DD chest and fit was good ( as pictured on model which isn’t always the case ! ) Love the earthy tones but my older completion needs more brights - hope to see them soon !!

Purchased this originally in a size small which is my usual EF size.
Found it to be a little short in the arms and tighter in the shoulders than I would like.
No problems with the fit around the body but exchanged for a medium which did have slightly longer sleeves and more room in the shoulders. In general, I have found EF button up shirts to be smaller in these two areas for me

Adore the seaweed hue
I adore the seaweed hue and couldn't resist it. If anything it's more beautiful and subtle in person—dark, almost black, in the shade, a rich green in the sun. I paired it with the straight linen pants in the same color—the pants are a touch darker, because made from a thicker linen, but together they make a nice outfit that's like a more elegant set of pajamas. Both were a splurge for me but I don't regret it. 5'2", 115 pounds, took a PP in both.
