Love em!
This pants are smooth, tailored and comfortable. They look and feel good. I am very happy with them. I am 5’3” and 140 lbs. I bought a petite large. Fits well. I like my pants s bit loose.

Good but frumpy
These pants are made from a fabric that's soft and lush. A pleasure to wear. The fabric is also thick enough that the white is not too sheer if you wear nude underwear. But the fit is only OK. They are a bit short (I prefer full length to ankle length) and frumpy -- the legs are neither skinny nor wide but something in-between that looks matronly.

Perfect!
Perfect Fit--true to the XS sizes I always wear in EF. The weight is also perfect, warm but not heavy. Colors are great, particularly the Cassis. I also have Meteor. Keep these in stock, EF!

Organic Cotton Stretch Velveteen Ivory
This is a high waisted slim full-length jean that is a great option to denim in cooler temperatures. I bought the Ivory on sale, as I knew if would fit from a purchase of the same type/model of pant from last year in Meteor, a grey color. With ivory as an optional color, I am able to pair with lighter color sweaters, other tops, and jackets.

Lovely color, odd fit
I puchased two sizes and neither fit. I wear a medium or 12 in EF pants, but both of these were just too tight. The larger pair bagged in the knees. I do have muscular legs, so someone with thinner legs might love the fit. The color was lovely, but I had to return them.

Replacing, happily, a wardrobe staple
I bought these in black and cassis in my correct size, to replace ones that fell off me while I was traveling in Europe last winter. I've lost weight and I'm discovering what fits. I live in velveteen jeans in winter, and they are hard to find. These are great quality, a beautiful color and fit, and I hope EF will continue to offer them in coming years.

Great pants
Soft and quality material but the style didn’t fit me. I don’t have slim legs but they were too bulky in calfs and thighs. If I would exchange for smaller I wouldn’t fit in waist. I hoped they will be an alternative for not available white tencel crepe ankle pants. By the way did you discontinue the white color? Please don’t.

Pants fit well and are well made.
These pants fit very well through the waist, hips and legs. Length was good for me. The material is very comfortable and substantial enough. I think these will wear well. Happy with the purchase. For reference, I purchased a size medium (I am usually size M or size 12 in Eileen’s pants). I am 5 feet seven and 145 pounds. Hope this helps you!

Perfect!
After reading the reviews I was hesitant about splurging on these pants, but I am happy that I did. The fit is perfect, the leg width is perfect, and, of course, the fabric is Eileen Fisher quality. I got the grey "meteor" and find the color versatile. They are expensive but worth it. I'm 5'6" 120 lbs and got the XS.

Make straight legs. NOT skinny
I’m writing my second review on these velveteen pants because the first pair I returned and did not like. Typically a 27 and took a PS but did not like the mom jean with skinny legs. I purchased the XS next and the legs did not seem so ghastly tapered and narrow as the previous pair in smaller petite size. I prefer my velveteen jeans to be straight leg instead which is more refined. Paired with the cassis velvet top and it’s oh so soft. Still prefer the cut of the corduroy pants this season but not enough inventory and they were sold out early!

Too tight for me
I can consistently wear medium or petite medium is EF pants, and with the Stretch it normally would be no problem. I am returning and reordering in a PL hoping for better results.

Love These Pants
I love the fit and style of these pants. I can wear a PP or XXS and opted for the PP since I am 5'3". The velveteen is very soft and with the 3% Elastane, they are stretchy - making these a slim fit that is very comfortable. Cassis is one of my favorite colors. The Cassis in these pants go with all of my other Cassis items. I like them so much that I am considering to get them in another color.

extra fabric sticks out around hips
I thought these would be a full-length version of the ankle-length ones from last fall, but they seem to run bigger. There's also extra fabric sticking out on either side in the hip area: the side seam makes a kind of curve, which creates a weird silhouette. It only shows in the plus-size model in the photos. On me it looks almost as if I'm wearing jodphurs, so I didn't think a smaller size would solve the fit issue.
