Unfortunately these didn't work for me
Honestly, Eileen Fisher pants are hit or miss for me. I either love them or they simply don't fit. These fall into the latter category. I love the color and the fabric, but the rise was way too high and the pants way to long. I have other corduroy pants from EF, and these fit completely differently. Thanks to a speedy and efficient returns policy, I continue to search for what I love!

Comfy cords
This is a softest corduroy. I had to go up a size because I am so used to elastic waist, but they just felt so comfortable and looked very good. I would be happy to buy any color they produced.

Just the right amount of stretch
I love everything about these pants except for the tiny pockets as mentioned by others. The pants are comfortable without being baggy….with just the right amount of stretch.

Soft pant but odd colors
I purchased these pants in serpentine but I had to return them, because they matched exactly nothing in my closet. I had expected that they would be kind of a dark tan, but they were a weird greenish color. Other than ivory or black, nothing mixed with them. I purchased my usual size, medium, and it fit fine, though I would say that the waist was a bit snug. The fabric was very small. These pants went back. More black and navy, please!

Slimmer Fit is a Disappointment
I got a wonderful pair of these last January, but this fall's edition is cut slimmer and sadly, I had to return them. I even took the trouble to drive the 15 miles to an EF retailer to try on several sizes, thinking that perhaps this was a fluke. Although I got very good help from lovely people (thank you Bernadette in Pasadena), nothing was quite right. How I wish you'd go back to the previous year's fit--it was ever-so-slightly fuller and perfect for my (menopausal) body.

Great fabric and perfect fit. I'm 5'6, 145 lbs and the size small is just right. The hem fals right at my ankle. I'll be able to dress these up or down.

Why have you abandoned this high rise?
I bought this in serpentine in M and finally have a pair of woven EF pants that fit me. Have been looking for black, but see you changed the rise and the waistband on your new version. If you bring this pant back in black or another dark color I am in! Please don’t abandon we of the smaller waists!
