Hot and humid day heaven
Just received this to keep the other two (watermelon and black) company. I wear them a LOT. The fabric has body and is seersucker-like. The nature and benefit of the fabric keeps it from clinging to the skin for a cooler feel on disgusting summer days. It is narrower across the chest so keep that in mind when ordering. It is also, however, cut exactly the same as the identical dress from a few years ago so if that works for you then this will as well. It's a wonderful shade of red (blue-based, not orange). Based on my experience with the other two it washes nicely on delicate --- hang to air dry (it dries quickly). The beauty of the fabric is that no ironing is needed. And while I wish it had pockets it didn't stop me from purchasing a third dress in this style and fabric. And if it does wrinkle a bit in the back from sitting it will hang out. It's cotton and like linen it will wrinkle (considerably less) but more importantly it breathes. I am 5'4" and it grazes my lower calf. I would roll it for travel.

Fun summer dress
This is a perfect dress for a hot summer day. The fabric has body, but isn't stiff so it doesn't wrinkle. This is the third dress I've purchased in this fabric. The size is spot on, the color flattering, and a great price.

The Only Daytime Dress You Need for Summer
The perfect summer dress. It’s a beautiful peachy color that launders easily and looks great with a casual shawl or my EF white puckered cotton shirt Jacket and flats or sandals. Wash, wear, and repeat. Never tired of it.

Very Versatile Dress
I have the Eileen Fisher pants and jackets (past seasons) in this fabric and they have followed me to European travel. So, I decided to try the dress. The fabric is GREAT for travel as it can be washed and doesn’t require ironing. The dress is great solo and looks equally great with a denim vest or blouse.

Runs true to size. The material is stiff and wrinkles. I was hoping it would pack well but judging from how it came out if the packing box having second thoughts. On the plus side it isn’t overly.

This is a delightful, “of the moment” summer dress
This wonderful summer dress skims the body to create a summery look and feel in a very summery color. Perfect for any casual summer event, especially outdoors. Easy and comfortable to wear and the 15” flounce at the bottom makes the look. My usual size small fit my 5’ frame just about perfectly with the length hitting me just about at my ankle which I love. An XS might have fit a tiny bit better at the top but it wasn’t available. I would probably buy any color it would be offered in, but the watermelon is a great start.
