- Kalyane is 5'10" and wears a size S, which measures 29 inches in front and 30 inches in back. Size PS measures 27 inches in front and 28 inches in back. Size 1X measures 31 1/2 inches in front and 32 1/2 inches in back.

Not for Me
I purchased this big shirt to wear as a bathing suit coverup. It isn’t really long enough for that but too long, boxy and not styled enough to work otherwise. Disappointed because I like cotton gauze.

Very happy with the shirt.
The shirt is the perfect texture and weight for summer. It's a flattering style and length and it flows nicely. After seeing the gray over a white tank and white pants in an EILEEN FISHER email, I tried the same combination and like it very much. The gray is a subtle color with a touch of blue in it.

The white version just arrived to keep the black and bright blue versions company. It's a wonderful top easily lending itself to wearing opened as a light jacket or buttoned as a tunic. The white is opaque enough to wear alone over nude undergarments. The back hem is only about an inch or so longer than the front and barely noticeable. The sleeves are fine on me although I often roll them to a 3 /4 length. I launder gauze in my front loader on delicate/cold and hang to dry being sure to smooth out the collar, cuffs, hem etc. I tend to go up a size in this fabric to allow for comfortable wear while buttoned and to maintain the tunic look. Plus, it keeps you cooler when it is hot and disgusting outside. You get what you pay for :-)
More bright colors please!!!

Calypso is Beautiful!
This is my third EF gauze shirt. I didn’t need another, but I couldn’t resist the summertime blue. I sized down on these and they are still roomy. My regular size would have been huge. The quality is excellent. I wash mine in a regular load of laundry, then dry on a hanger.

Sleeves are too short and shoulders tight
The "close at the shoulders, wide at the torso" style just doesn't work for me. The sleeves are too short, the shoulders too tight when I reach forward, and the torso is voluminous. Can't go larger, can't go smaller -- and impossible to rate fit when part is too big and part is too small/short. Calypso is beautiful, but the construction and style is sub-par.

Wonderful
I love this shirt because it looks great and it's wonderful for travel. It doesn't wrinkle and I can go all day from museums to dinner . I add a necklace and it changes the entire vibe. It washes well and best of all it's very forgiving! I only wish I had bought more in other colors

Beautiful shirt
Love the feel of the material and the fit. If sleeve a little shorter it would have been nice. I love the length of front of shirt but would have preferred back to be the same length rather than longer than the front. Back a little too long for a petite person 5 feet tall.

Parisian and elegant
I am 5'4, 107 pounds and slim hourglass figure. I hesitated to purchase as was not my usual slim style until I modeled it for my husband. He absolutely states it is so Parisian, the fabric flows with grace and looks great on me. I love the fabric as it is substantial, soft, comfortable and breathable. The picante color is gorgeous. I bought the long sleeve shirt to match the pants. The whole outfit is elegant, and I will get a lot of wear for going out to dinner or parties.

This cut was long in both sleeve and body so petite sizing worked best for my 5'3" frame. Because gauze is not flowy, the fabric clings a bit in the bust because of the button down style. The shirt does not seem quite as effortless as the sleeveless T in the same "family." This is a great summer to fall transition piece but I still wish it was a tad shorter in length and wider in circumference.
