Most comfortable ever
These organic cotton night gowns are the most comfortable gowns I have ever used. I've worn out 2 of them, but it took years of wearing and washing to wear them thin. I like the lack of frills and lace, which can tickle, scratch and annoy. These gowns are my favorite. I love the new color sort of egg plant or cassis) and hope Eileen Fisher keeps this style and fabric available forever.

Most comfortable by far!
This tank sleep dress is perfect. When I awoke this morning, I realized that the dress hadn't twisted, hiked up or restricted my sleep whatsoever. I had totally forgotten I was wearing it. Now, that's the mark of a comfortable night dress. The fabric is soft, the a-line very forgiving, and the slit perfectly placed. And, it's TTS. I immediately ordered another. Wow! I'm still unbelieving at the great sleep I got in this item! Well, my smartwatch apparently agrees with me. Thanks, EF!!!

no pockets!
These are great sleepwear/lounge wear. They deserve 5 starts EXCEPT there are no pockets. I wasn't sure how many stars to take off for the lack of pockets. Women's clothing deserves/needs pockets. So surprising they don't have side pockets as, fortunately, most EF clothing has started including them.

I have two in cranberry and cassis. LOVE them both as nightgowns. I also have the sleeved version in each of those colors. They all wash perfectly and flatter my figure, but the cranberry color that I bought later fits better. I have lost weight and probably could wear the extra-small. I would buy the cassis again if it showed as being in stock.

Dreamily soft and comfortable
I bought one a month ago having had another one for 2 years. My first "tank dress" was my primary night gown worn almost every night. After more washings than I can count it remains perfect, soft, no loose stitches - almost looks new. It has more than served me well hence my purchase of a 2nd one.

Great...but needs pockets
This is a great nightgown. Fabric is has substance but also lightweight. I normally wear EF medium for tops and EF Large for bottoms. I bought the medium and it is perfect. I gave it 5 stars because it is a new fave but it would be perfect IF IT HAD POCKETS.

Size very different than Garnet Hill EF Sleepwear
I purchased this and two other pieces from the sleepwear collection. In GH, the size small swallowed me and had very large arm holes, so I bought the size XS. I have several of the EF night gowns from GH. The arm holes of this gown are cut very small in comparison to GH versions. Unfortunately I washed it before realizing that… Otherwise it is great.
