So comfortable and stylish
I bought one of these tops (seaweed color) a year ago, and have worn it constantly. It still looks fabulous. So I splurged on a second one, this time in periwinkle, a gorgeous color. I love the boxy style and dropped shoulders.The fabric is durable, comfortable, and high quality. I usually pair these with one of EF's excellent linen tee shirts in matching or complementary colours. I love this top so much, I think I may get a third one! I'm a size 10. The medium is perfect.

Just what I was looking for
I was looking for a sweatshirt that was oversized and not too long. This sweatshirt is exactly what I wanted. My usual Eileen Fisher size is a small, but this time I bought a medium. The fabric feels good, and the color is lovely.

This looks much more steel gray than blue.
If that works for you, it fit well and I liked the fabric, but not the color.

Perfection in a Terry Box-Top
I bought one in black and loved it so much I wanted to reorder two more but they were sold out. I ordered one in a darkish green which I also love. The perfect, slightly heavier weight material. There's something about how it fits that's brilliant. Just long enough. Collar just right, fabric warm enough for colder months. I'm very happy with this purchase.

A comfortable sweatshirt.
I was pleased with this top which provided an extra layer of warmth on a recent trip. I ordered a size up but found it fit me comfortably at the larger size so I assume it runs a little smaller than is usual with EF. It’s a very casual top but I can see it will be useful during the fall with a tee underneath. The reason why I gave it 4 stars was that I would have liked it too be a little longer. The sleeves however were plenty long enough. I have washed this and it seems not to have shrunk, but I took it from the low heat dryer before it was completely dry.

Comfy cozies for cool weather
I ordered this top in dark green with the wide leg pants to match. The only top size left was PM, which is larger than I usually wear, but not really a problem in the loose sweatshirt style. The pants are ankle length, an unflattering style on me and one I wouldn't normally buy, especially for cool weather wearing. However, since I'm only 5'2, the XS 'regular' was long enough to hit just below the ankles. The material is soft, the color is flattering, and I'm looking forward to lounging in these come fall. (Fingers crossed the pants stay the same length after washing!)

I love this top. It does run quite large, I had to size down from a ps to a pp. 5’2”, 133 lbs.
The aqua color is so pretty! I would buy in black, white, grey, and any other happy, rich colors available in petites! I do prefer cropped tops for sure.

Ooh that color!
Love love love this color! This organic cotton is soft and comfy and the cropped fit and details elevates this above merely a sweatshirt. Pop it over a tank on cool summer nights, wear it alone over jeans or layer over a button down or scrunch neck in the cooler months.

Good and not good
The good: love the fabric and fit
The bad: the color. I ordered the slate color expecting a nice medium to slightly dark gray color. The piece I got appears more like a dark brown and I hate brown. Now I don’t know what to do. Returns take forever these days, there’s no black or white in the shorter length. I would love the piece if the color were accurate.

The Petite sizes is quite short. I’m 5’ 3” but is exchanged my ps for an xs and I am very pleased with the fit. I would have given it a healthy 5 but for the fit of the petite.

The sizing is generous. Im 5’3”, 120lbs and ordered the small. It looks like the picture. I returned it and ordered the same one in the longer length. I love the seaweed color

Nice looking with comfort
The seaweed is a fabulous color as an alternative to black. The box top terry is very soft and I love the roll at the edges of sleeves and bottom. I wear a PM and it is a comfortable, perfect fit. After the top came I ordered the matching pants. A must.

beautiful fabric, on trend style
I ordered this top in seaweed, a beautiful, subtle dark green.The fabric is cosy, but hangs elegantly. It does require some kind of underpinning. I am wearing a coriander linen tee underneath, and it looks great. I have another tee in seaweed which will also be nice. I have a few minor quibbles. It fits very generously. I got the medium size. I wish I had ordered a small, but it's a hassle to send it back from Canada. I also wish the sleeves were cuffed, but rolling them up a bit works fine. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It's perfect for spring and cool summer evenings. A stylish, comfortable, well-constructed garment.
