Broken zipper, horrible customer service
I bought this jacket and received it with a zipper that fell off immediately. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and it took > 1 week to even resend the jacket. Not what you would expect after spending this much money. Really not worth it for the quality I received

Stiff fabric, poor fit.
This looks great on the model but on me it was too short and wide. Also, the denim was stiff as a board and didn't feel at all comfortable. I had an EF jacket in the same style several years ago that was completely different- nice soft fabric with a nice fit. This was disappointing.

Large Boxy Fit
A great piece! Very sporty and edgy. It runs large. I usually wear a Petite Small and can sometimes wear an Extra Small. I purchased in Extra Small and it is still a little large. I purchased it in an XXS to compare the sizes. Will let you know how it works out! I am also purchasing the matching jeans.

Great Jacket, But FITTED!!!
Great jacket, however note to size up. It runs fitted. Not your typical EF roomy sizing.
