Shocking Quality for the Price
I was very surprised to see the quality of this sweater which I purchased in bone in Nordstroms. It looked like it was washed with a dark grey garment that ran and discolored it. The sweater has no body and looks like it wrinkles easily. Definitely not worth either the original or the sale price. I have been a loyal customer of Eileen Fisher for over 30 years and still wear many of the clothes I purchased which have timeless style and quality. It would be nice to see more pants and skirts more fitted in the hips and legs with a slimmer more shapely profile. Many older women today are choosing more youthful, still appropriate, styles Clothes can have style and still be easy to wear.

Beautiful boxy sweater, not sure about color
Beautiful sweater with boxy fit, though I did face the problem that the bone color looks oddly “off” (kinda dingy) when worn with white. This is not a deal breaker for me, but will require a bit of work on my part to incorporate this into my wardrobe. I wish EF sold a matching tee shirt.

Great sweater
Fabric is wonderful and I will wear this cardigan 12 months a year. I found it was cut large - body is pretty roomy, sleeves are fine and the length for me is fine. I typically wear a small/extra small/sometimes petite small in EF. I ordered this in an XS and was glad I did. There is plenty of room for a tee (long or short sleeve) underneath

Perfect Cardigan
I have been searching for the perfect cardigan and this is it. It is really soft and the neckline is perfect for round neck, v-neck or a scoop neck. It is a little boxy which makes it great for layering. I got it in 2 colors.

Soft fabric but cut small
Loved the idea of chenille, but the cardigan is a very ungenerous cut. Sleeves are a little too short and width differs considerably from other EF sweaters of the same size. Disappointing lack of consistency in sizing. Would have really preferred if the sweater was a couple of inches longer also.

I love this…
I have some clothes from Eileen Fisher that are my favorites to wear (a black corduroy coat that I got a few years back 💚) and some that go straight back ( the mohair cardigan that I just returned, so scratchy). Granted mohair can be scratchy, but I thought that I could wear it over a top like a jacket, NO not a possibility.
Then I saw this cardigan and the chenille's glovelettes, I ordered them both. And I love them, so soft and cozy.
I wear a 1x, but I tend to go up a size in cardigans and tops that say slim fit. So, I got a 2x, it is perfect, fabric, fit.
I love it.
Pieces like this, with great fabrics are the reason that I shop at Eileen Fisher.
