Rated 3 out of 5 by Joan from Strange sizing I purchased these shoes in both a size 8 and 8 1/2, just to be sure to get a good fit. The size 8 was a bit too short, and a bit too wide. The size 8 1/2 was exactly the same size as the size 8 - I couldn't tell any difference. The shoe leather is extremely soft and high quality, and I am very disappointed in having to return both pairs of shoes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by WitzSpritz from Nice Dressy Sneaker This is the perfect "dressy" sneaker. The leather is not pure white - my pair seems to be just a little grey-ish, which honestly, I prefer. They are comfortable, but do not have much support. After wearing them for several days they do have "creases" in the leather, as expected.

They can be paired with dresses and pants but also athletic wear. They are especially great for travel. I now own them in boh the black and white.

First time I wore them to a workshop & met a famous singer who noticed my shoes (go figure). We wear the same size so I asked if she’d like to try one on (she did). That’s when I noticed they really looked so great on her! She asked what brand and I told her the Eileen Fisher shoes always fit me perfectly and offer my life the most versatility. I’ve worn them many times now...they’re still white and look great. Very well made, attention to subtle details and worthy (once again) the investment. Nicely cushioned for walking. Soft leather inside & out.
