Lovely style but didn't work for me...
Loved these boots! But the seam across the side of my left foot felt uncomfortable, to had to send them back. PS: I bought 2 pairs of black boots since they were on sale hoping one would work for me (and the other pair was perfect)

Nice everyday winter boots, a little bit stiff sole. Arrived with NO BOX, UNZIPPED, carelessly packed in tiny duster bag, left shoe has signs of wear (greases).
Not up to EF standards. Will be returning because of greases on left shoe.

Nice booties, hard sole
Quite comfortable and good looking, I appreciate it comes in half sizes as well but the platform sole felt too stiff for me, hard to walk even at home so unfortunately returned.

Great boot!
Very stylish with comfortable fit. Good city boot for stomping around town. Well crafted, good quality. Runs small so I'm glad I sized up half a size. I'm not too fond of zippers on boots though, as they often break easily. Only time will tell how long these zippers last. I'm hoping for the best though by being very careful with them. Pleased to have found these on sale!

Great Product and Service
This is the perfect go-to boot for me. My regular size is 7 1/2, but the boots were difficult to get on so I decided to exchange them for a size 8. Though I had purchased these boots on a special sale, Eileen Fisher honored that price as well as the free shipping. The new boots arrived within a few days - great service, great product, and perfect fit! I could not be more pleased with this purchase.
