I love the soft and lovely feel of this Cardigan. My only disappointment is that it appears that the sleeves are full length on the model shown but are, in reality, fall just below the elbow.

Truly astounding cardigan
Like other reviewers, I adore this cardigan. I was waiting for it to go on sale, and luckily my size S in Dove was still available. It’s perfect, classic Eileen Fisher kimono style, yet elevated and luxurious. It arrived today, and I can’t wait to wear it. Most of my wardrobe is Eileen Fisher, so it will go with everything I already own. As others noted, the sleeves are a just a tad longer than elbow length, not quite 3/4 sleeves. I’m 5’6” and it hits a little below mid thigh. The merino is soft and the crochet weave is light and somewhat delicate. It drapes beautifully. I will be able to wear it almost all year here in Texas. Perfect for our mild winters and freezing AC indoors during our hot summers. This is a must have layering piece - don’t hesitate to get it while it’s still available.

This cardigan has it ALL!
This merino high collar cardigan is fabulous. It fits so well and just drapes beautifully. This will dress up a more casual outfit or add to a business casual. SO glad I bought. Highly recommend. (Size L). This is an open weave but it has plenty of coverage

Lovely idea
Just received this cardigan yesterday
Was soo looking forward to it. But unfortunately disappointed!
First there was a strong odor as i got it out of the plastic bag
Second. Its not as soft. There is a scratch in the yarn which was surprising because i had gone to the store to try on the pullover of similar construction and it was very soft.
The last but most importantly the sleeves are absolutely nothing like shown. They came to just under the elbow by an inch. And are much narrower than depicted.
On reading reviews i went up 3 sizes hoping to get the look portrayed. But it was not to be. At size 3x it really should have been.
For reference i wear xl to 1x in fitted styles from eileen fisher. I am 5’7.
it maybe the perfect item for someone else but definitely. Size up. Whatever siE you are if you’re looking for the drape portrayed in the pictures.

Sophisticated Workhorse
This cardigan compliments pants, skirts and dresses. Its color and cut add to its versatility. However, it is the weave that sets it apart. It's unique adding interest to one's outfit. Also I'm impressed with the luxurious feel of this garmet. I consider this an updated classic.

My kind of perfect
I hesitated to purchase an expensive, delicate looking sweater, being primarily housebound with cats. It is now my round the house sweater worn everyday over everything. Stylish and seems to be temperature regulating, both warm and airy, so soft and comfortable. Not on my body it is likely draped on a chair, ready to put on with no bags, sags or wrinkles and while careful, much less delicate than imagined. I honestly hesitated to share how great it is because I will buy in any color and larger sizes go fast.

I love the Spongy wool feel of this cardigan and the easy shape and length. I am 5'10" and bought a size Large. It looks great with jeans or dressed up over all black or chocolate brown.

Beautiful sweater
This is a beautiful sweater. It fits true to size and drapes beautifully creating a slimming look. I will wear it with the matching long straight skirt in the Dove color and I will layer it with the cashmere turtleneck in the same color . The Dove color is a nice warm neutral color. I will also pair it will the DOVE color satin blouse with jeans when I want to dress up denim. Love it and the longer length sweater.

Luxurious Cardigan
The picture on the model is a little deceiving as it looks as though the sleeves come just above the wrist. They do not, the sleeves fall mid way between the elbow and wrist. I was disappointed initially but when I pulled the outfit together with a matching sweater it was so luxurious. The Italian cashmere turtleneck layered under the cardigan is so luxurious and will work well with the matching skirt or any pant.

Lynchpin of this collection unless you're SHORT!
I'm a "third piece" gal when it comes to style and I start there when diving into a look or investing in an new color. This piece is so me, but not for me, because no petite sizes are available. I'm 5' tall and this would literally be ankle length on me. Worn at one's knee, this piece can be professional or fun, depending on how you deploy it. Full length is much dressier and impractical with the open work. I'm not going to disparage this piece because I don't get to enjoy it. It's made from sturdy, silky merino wool ! I'd love to be able to enjoy it though, and will likely not dip into this lovely neutral color collection that resonates with me because this wasn't offered in petites.

First let me say…..
That this is gorgeous, but there are a few things I must point out. I am 5’5”, and my arms are “normal” length. In the pictures here, it looks like the sleeves come to almost the wrists. On me, they are only about 3” past my elbow, which is considerably shorter than the pictures. This is not a deal breaker for me, but might be for others. Also, something told me to order a size larger, and I am very glad I did. I personally believe that this is smaller than similar items, from Eileen Fisher. I like everything oversized, and although this is not, (on me, at least), I love it enough, make it work. Ok, now that I got that out of the way, I want to say how amazing this piece is. The color is everything, and it is a beautiful neutral, and will go with everything. It looks great with any length or color shirt or tee, that you want to wear under it. And, as I have written on similar EF items, using one of her sweater pins to have the option of having it open or closed, is the icing on the cake. This is a 3-season piece, and could be worn in summer, but inside with air conditioning! Excellent addition to my overflowing closet, full of Eileen Fisher items!!
