Stay warm! Wear a hat!
Did you know we lose 30 percent of our body heat through our heads? So in cold weather, we should wear a hat. I own this one in charcoal and sea salt, and in very cold weather, I even wear the charcoal one to bed, with the matching scarf wrapped around my neck. Then I am toasty warm and the merino wool is not itchy. This is a practical wool and knit style, and it holds up year after year. I also give sets of these (hat, scarf, & glovettes) as gifts.
