A great cardigan, with caveats
This cardigan is lovely & the fabric is good quality, but it is quite heavy and I’m hoping it doesn’t stretch out with wear. It also runs large. I usually wear S and could easily have bought an XS and it would have been fine, even though it is designed to be oversized. I gave it four stars because I think the tailoring is not up to the usual EF standards, especially the shoulder seams which bag out in places. Also the side seams are a bit wonky (as in not straight). I am glad I got it on sale and did not pay full price, which is why I’m keeping it. I think it would be nicer with side slits too, but that’s just my opinion.

Yes on all counts!
This cardigan is comfy enough for long Zoom meetings from home yet sleek enough to top off more professional garments at the office. The deep gray of the charcoal color adds a little dimension to black basics and is so neutral it works with other colors too -- perfect with mustard seed, eucalyptus, moss, or any of Eileen's deep and rich colors.
Importantly, it hasn't snagged or pilled yet and I've worn it frequently over the last two weeks. The temperatures have taken a dip here lately and I'll probably be wearing it almost constantly with a rotation of tops with leggings at home and lantern pants at work. I'm all about comfort, but thankfully, Eileen keeps me from looking like I don't care about anything else.
