Shoe is small & never heard back from customer svc
To be clear, I really like this shoe and it seems like good quality. Except it runs small. Get a step up from your usual size. I emailed the Eileen Fisher "experience" email address about exchanging it for a larger size last week and never heard back! So I'm really disappointed in the company :(

Nice shoe but runs small
I got confused reading the reviews because some say they are small and some say they are too wide. I'm between a 7.5 and 8 and got the 7.5 since some reviews said they run wide. But it's more like a 7 than 7.5! I don't know whether I should change them for an 8 or try to stretch them out? Confused.

I tried on the 7 in store & it was too big so I ordered the 6.5 & they were too small. I wanted them so badly! Gorgeous shoe!

Comfortable and stylish
Comfortable and stylish but my feet are very narrow and the sandals are too wide. I like them so much, I got pads to make them fit better

Disappointed
I was very unhappy with this purchase after buying from Eileen Fisher from many years now. The sandals came with dirty soles on the bottom and a defect on the left-hand side of the sandal. The defect was a piece of leather that had not been sold well and the minute I put it on. I wondered what the heck it was that was pinching my foot and I saw this. Obviously they were purchased and returned before and I questioned the quality control.

Gorgeous but didn’t fit me right
Too tight around the toes. The leather was think but a double layer, meaning it went around. Beautiful and well made. It’s a shame, I really wanted them.
