Far from flattering cut
I have worn EF for decades. I have pieces from the 1980s and ‘90s that I still wear. I rarely send anything back. However, although I loved the gorgeous cashmere fabric of this pullover, it was far too short on me to look flattering, and I am only 5’4”. The cut was off in some other way that I cannot put my finger on so I had to send it back.

Delighted
I'm always impressed with Eileen Fisher's fabrics, and this recycled cashmere sweater is another win. It's very soft and exceptionally light to wear, making it a perfect early spring wardrobe staple. I bought it in small at first, but the neck was a little smaller than I like, so I sized up to the medium and am so glad I did. It fits perfectly. The clearwater color is a beautiful light mint, and very flattering.

Disappointing
I did return this sweater. I did not like the color, it was a rather dark camel tone, not even close to how it was depicted online. It really was not very flattering either, much too wide.

Not as soft as regular cashmere
Normally I like boxy cut EF items, but not this. The cashmere felt “stiffer” almost like “felted” texture. Arms felt a smaller/tighter than usual and I was afraid of any shrinkage even if just hand washed. Did not care for the way the hem draped. Cute in photo and appeared heftier and softer... returning this one... doesn’t seem to be good value, even at $200+ sale price.
Wish they made this in Merino wool instead.

Texture makes the sweater
This beautiful sweater caught my eye early in the season but was a little too pricey for me. Once it went on sale, I grabbed it. It’s soft, nicely shaped, and cozy, but what’s truly special is the box weave, giving it a lot of visual interest. I picked the honey color, which is exactly as it appears in the pictures. This is a great item that I’ll wear for years.

Disappointing
I bought what I thought was the same sweater five years ago, and loved it so much I bought two!!! And finally wore them out! I was delighted to see it come back. Unfortunately, when my new sweater arrived it was smaller, not roomy, and very poorly made compared to the earlier ones. It felt cheap. I returned it immediately with a lengthy note but got no response.

Big disappointment
I love the so soft cashmere and the lovely honey color but I have to say this was the most unflattering sweater I’ve ever put on. I usually like off the shoulder sleeves but this just hung so unflatteringly on my torso and at the bottom of the sweater. Very strange - not sure exactly why. I had to send it back.

Lofty geometric recycled cashmere sweater
I liked the geometric design and quality of this recycled cashmere sweater. The weight of the cashmere is loftier than last year. I returned it because the gray color, while beautiful, wasn't right for me. This is a classic crew neck.I prefer the more open crew neck in last year's recycled cashmere sweaters.

Gorgeous blue
It’sa gorgeous blue color with a waffle weave. Very warm and lightweight. I ordered a medium and a small (5’7” 145 lbs) and kept the medium. It looks really nice with tan corduroys

Lightweight warmth
This is a warm, cozy sweater with a great texture. The shape is boxy, and the overall effect is therefore slightly bulky. Clearwater is a beautiful, refreshing color, perfect for California. I expect to get a lot of wear out of this over the next few months. Can be worn casually over slim jeans or a little dressier over a skirt or slacks.

Cozy Shorter Sweater
I bought this in the moon color, a lighter gray than I have seen from past winter seasons. The sweater was very soft and lightweight. It is shorter, note the length in product details. This is not oversized, it is true to size. The waffle texture added much needed interest to the sweater. The crew neck was just right for me, as I like a true crew neck and don't intend to layer underneath. Will definitely consider the honey color.

Cozy & cute option for petites

Nice, but....
Sweater had a plush beautiful feel. However, it was a very cropped, unflattering length. Neckline was extremely high and uncomfortable as well.
