Is it really worth it?
This cardigan is soft and warm. However after trying on with tags still attached I noticed peeling right away. For the price point this wasn’t a good look. I have cardigans that I paid less for and still no peeling!

Gorgeous Sweater
Love it! Beautiful and cozy, luxurious feel. Runs quite large, so consider sizing down for a less bulky look…Maple Oat is a lovely neutral that works well with black, gray and ivory.

Too thick under arms.
Gorgeous thick and heavy texture turned problematic under arms: two layers plus the sleeve seams made it extremely bulky and hot. (I am full-figured and have thick upper arms). I wonder, if low cut raglan could have worked better.

Elegant Drape, Warmth
Espresso is a rich color that harmonizes with everything, and this length is ideal for both slacks and skirts. Its warmth, though, makes it exceptional; without too much bulk, it's a blanket of softness and comfort.

Recycled cashmere cardigan
I am a fan of most EF creations and have several pieces and so am disappointed to give this two stars. The recycled cashmere cardigan fits well and is warm; however, it started to pill after only two uses. Has pilled so much now with only a few wears I will hesitate to wear it outside because it looks so old. Definitely not worth $500! Do not buy.

Wonderful but not sure how durable
Beautiful sweater that is so comfy and cozy. I love the way it fits and feels. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it pilled a lot right from the first wearing. I think the recycled cashmere fibers are fairly short. For the price I didn't expect that to happen.

Maple oat cardigan and chalk boiled wool pants
I bought the maple oat cardigan. I haven't worn it yet but look forward to wearing it, along with the boiled wool chalk pants. The cardigan fits just right (I bought the small), I really like the look, and the pants work well with it. Northern California can get cold and I expect to get a lot of use out of both garments. They will be my go to dress up outfit.

stunning and simple
This cardigan is everything I hoped it would be. It's soft, lofty, warm, versatile, and the espresso color is yummy enough to drink!! It's also expensive and I think it runs large. I justified the price my giving it to myself for my 70th birthday. I ordered my usual size small and wish I had ordered the extra small. Because I'm short, it fits me more like a coat than a sweater. None of that is bad, just information to help the next person make the best decision for themselves. Think of it as an investment....a garment of this caliber will make everything you wear underneath it look acceptable.
