Super cute but overpriced
I have a lot of EF clothing specifically because the cut is more flattering than other labels if you are not rail thin and super tall. These ones are great and I even ordered 2 more colors after buying my first pair day 1 of receiving them. I returned both of them because after wearing them a couple times, they stretch out a ton and look like a baggy mess. They fit perfect new or just washed for a little bit. Also, they really are just sweatpants cropped. If they were not almost $150 I'd buy more colors but for that price I'd rather buy more classic EF pants.

I am disappointed in these! They are definitely not lightweight! And the length was not a crop, but ankle ….and I am 5’6” not short! I am a long time Eileen Fisher customer and the quality of this line is not what it used to be!

THEY STRETCH!
Go a size smaller in these pants (or maybe 2 sizes). They STRETCH! And while washing restores them, IMO it’s not enough. Otherwise comfy and nicer than sweats for lounging.

Cotton terry summer sweat pant
I bought 2 pair. Very comfortable. A little heavier weight than I would like for a Hot summer day but the pockets are a plus and I bought the terry jacket last year and wanted the pants to pair with it.
I bought a med petite and a med regular. I’m 5’1” and an older women so the med regular fit as ankle pants. The waist elastic band on the med regular is Very loose.
For reference I also purchased EF organic cotton knit pants this sporting. They are cut Very small. Size PM fit like leggings. Returned for size Large Petite and they fit more like my usual EF PM pants.
This is my main complaint with EF sizing. Just because the style is different in cotton pants, ie, looser fit, straight vs. skinny leg, the sizing of each style should remain consistent with the size chart!!!

White cotton terry sweat pants
Bought a size M regular because of the erratic EF sizing on cotton pants. They are on the large size, the waist is VERY loose on me and I have a belly. I am keeping them because I do like the styling, very casual, pockets. I also bought the Iris color in PM and they fit about the same as the regular except shorter. I will keep these as well. I bought a white cotton terry jacket last year and plan to pair with the pants. Nice very casual outfit.

Nice lightweight. Would prefer wide legs.
I like the lightweight linen/seersucker combo. I would rather have them in a wide leg, but these straight leg aren’t too bad. I would love them cropped. I would buy more colors in blues and/or grays.

Didn’t like these at all and returned them. Maybe the point of this French terry fabric was to look prewashed and soft, but to me they just looked overly tired, worn out, and used. They are unhemmed and have thread strings hanging. And the value for the price, even on sale, is very low.

Great color but sizing way off, stretches out
I usually have no issues with the sizing of Eileen Fisher clothing. Over time I know what size to buy in a particular fit. I love the color of these pants and I thought the fit would be fine ( I wear a large in slouchy fit and straight) but they stretch out... way, way out, and I have to pull them up all the time which is annoying. Very little recovery in the fabric. Very disappointed which is unusual for purchases from EF.

Cotton terry straight pants
Bought several of those organic cotton pants in butter and seaweed colors. I would have liked to keep one pair but the sizing was all over the place. I hope EF brings them back next season and that I can order my usual size with confidence.

Cute cut and fit, but thigh pilling..
I love the cut and fit, but they do run larger. I usually am a ps and needed a pp for this. My main disappointment is that I have worn them 3-4 times now and unfortunately they have started to pill on the inner thigh area. Seems too quick for these to start wearing down already..

Sizing is off
I have purchased many French Terry pieces over the past few years. I bought these in M because they run big...I am typically a L in EF pants. Sent them back because I couldn't keep them from falling down. Bought a small. About to send them back for the same reason...not sure what the problem is. Would help if they had a drawstring.I really wanted to love these for beach life...

I really like these lightweight terry cloth straight pants. They are not as heavy as sweatpants. I feel comfortable wearing them out in the street. I feel comfortable sleeping in them. They are very nice-looking and I liked the first pair so much, I got another pair in a different color. They are a useful addition to my wardrobe.
