Thin fabric and too short in the sleeve
I’ve purchased many Eileen Fisher pieces over the years and have never been disappointed before. I’m 6 ft tall, and the fit has always been generous and well proportioned. I typically wear an XL, but this jacket fits more like a medium to large. In addition, the fabric is quite thin and the sleeves are too short, which made the overall fit feel off compared to the usual Eileen Fisher standard.

Wear it Every Day
I ordered this jacket in the Serpentine color, which was described as some shade of green. However, I fail to see much of any green in it; the best I can do is to call it Army Green. That being said, i really like the color, and I have been wearing it ever since it arrived in the mail. Perfect fit and weight of fabric for my liking. Even though it is lightweight, it is warm, and I have worn it in frigid weather and been comfortable. Great purchase!!

I bought this in Sea Salt, to match my hair—a sure-fire recipe for garnering compliments and brightening my spirits on cool, cloudy days. I've yet to layer it under one of my longer EF boiled wool coats but will do so now that winter is here. The closed front and tall collar will keep me cozy and looking chic.
