Love my new rain coat! Simple, sleek and practical! Perfect staple for my fall/ spring wardrobe. Light material, would be great for travelling. Just the right length for run between car and store, house,etc. . I'm 5.4 and 135lb, pear shaped and got it in L. It's a bit roomy for me, but it's how I like it. Looks at me about the same way as on a model.

Good replacement
Nice lightweight coat that is a great color.
Not a raincoat, but keeps mists away, and blocks some wind. Sweater underneath and you don't have to put on a puffer or wool coat for short jaunts or if riding in your car.
Long enuf to look good with many clothes, and looks presentable even if you went out of the house in some grubbies.
I have a previous iteration of this coat that is many years old, used all seasons, and wanted another one that would be a better color for me now. comparable quality to the old one.
Would have like snaps but 2 way zipper ok.

Not dressy at all - nice color - fits VERY large
Lovely color, I bought the coat for the color which matches many EF items and it’s not more black clothes. The coat fits very large and the fabric isn’t quite what I hoped for. It wrinkles badly and faded quite a bit in a short time. So it’s not a “dressy” look. I like it’s longer length. I bought it on sale for about what it’s worth.

Great Light-weight Over Piece
Love this fabric; love the deep blue color (instead of my normal black/charcoal gray). The drawstring at the waist is a nice detail to give some shape on the body. The hood lies nicely from front to back. Only comment: sleeves are short...hitting me above my wrist bone. Would prefer another 1" for both comfort and better proportion. This is not a rain jacket...nor is it described as one.

Pretty coat, some things I wish were different
This coat is a lovely discreet dark blue. it’s a little heavier than the super light weight EF jackets of yore, hence more useful..
However I agree with others that the sleeves are too short. Also I agree snaps would be good in addition to the zipper. But my biggest beef is: if it looks like a raincoat and is designed like a raincoat, it should BE A RAINCOAT. This coat is not even water repellant and has not earned a place in my suitcase.

Poor quality
I agree with the reviewer who called this a silly jacket. I'd go so far as to call it ridiculous. It is thin, unlined, wrinkled, with floppy facings, pockets that are not sewn down, and an uncomfortable bungee cord at the neckline. It is not warm or waterproof or even water resistant. Compared to a decade-old EF jacket still hanging in my closet, this is not worthy. Returned.

Great coat - flattering!
I love this coat! It's lightweight, flattering, and big enough through the arms to fit a bulky sweater underneath. That said, I'm still trying to get the sizing right. I ordered a few different sizes, and colors and now need to finalize. The petite medium is the best fit, except the arms are too short. The regular medium is too big. The regular small is slightly snug when I move my arms forward, but I think it will work. I'm 5'3" and shaped like one of my favorite fruits, the pear.

Perfect Lightweight Coat
Very happy with my new jacket! Wore it recently to an evening sporting event that started warm but turned cooler and a little rainy. As expected, the coat was not completely waterproof, but was definitely water-repellant in those conditions. The longer length was great for sitting on the damp seats and helped keep my legs warm and dry.
Love the Deep Adriatic color and expect it to add a very subtle pop of color to a variety of casual outfits.

Love this Coat!
This coat is not only stylish but it holds up well in the rain. I love the cinches at the waist to take it or let out depending on what you are wearing underneath it. The deep blue is nice change from all the black all weather coats. I did size up because I wants to layer underneath but the fit is great for my size
