Poor quality
I bought these shoes at Nordstrom (3839 Emery St, Emeryville, CA 94608), wore them just once, and they painted my feet black. The paint on the shoe is very poor quality.

Wanted to love....
I had same issue with thong placement/sizing. I ordered my usual size 9 and exchanged for 9 1/2 and my heel still was at back of flip flop as if too small. 9 1/2 felt wide, so was afraid to try a 10. They were SO comfortable, though! I really wanted to make work......

Nice shoe, but ...
I'd like to keep this nice shoe, but I am torn. The toe post feels too far back, with nearly an inch clearance in front of my fairly long toes and my heel hitting the very back of the shoe. I can't order a larger size. This is size 11! If the toe post was forward a quarter inch, these would be keepers.
