It’s soft, it’s slimming, it’s sophisticated! And,it’s on sale. True to size.I bought the light amber and have worn it so often that I just had to get the one in chalk. I’m 5’2” curvy figure.

Vneck chalk cashmere tunic
This sweater just didn’t work for me. I did not like the very long back and somehow the fit was off. Too flared at the bottom for me. I ordered a PM and it was the correct size but not flattering on me.
I did like the fabric and the color chalk!

Butter-soft cashmere in a knockout color
Wow, this is gorgeous cashmere, and such a color! When I try on an EF PP, I usually just don't want to take it off. Love the ribs; this fills a hole in my cashmere colors, in the pink family w/o being too sweet. I LOVE the quality.

Beautiful fit
This is a beautifully soft and light cashmere tunic with a great fit. “Chalk” is an off-white neutral with gray undertone, darker than “bone,” but lighter than “pearl”. I am often between a medium and small, and small is perfect for me (size 10).

Disappointing
The color of the fabric and style of the tunic was nice, but the weight of the cashmere was flimsy and extremely thin. It also held static electricity which never allowed the tunic to hang freely. I returned it immediately.

Great color, high quality, super boxy
Overall, this is a well made garment and the cashmere is the perfect weight for keeping warm indoors--neither sheer nor too thick. Very soft, and nice new EF color. The shoulder sizing and sleeve length are exactly right (PP size), but the width of the body is very wide and creates a super boxy silhouette. Likewise, the lowered back panel hem is pretty long. The upside is a warm posterior, downside is a funky look.

Very pretty colour
Very pretty color, lovely weight cashmere. I really really want it to work for me (and for you!)
However, alas, the cut is far frumpier than I (for one) expect from EF and nearly $400. For example, I am not certain that it needs both side slits and a wide wide wide front panel.
I'm sending the petite small back in exchange for a petite petite, hoping this smallest one on offer will have a more flattering fit. After all, the yarn is a very pretty color and a lovely weight.
Would I recommend it? My answer is more of a maybe (depends upon your own shape and budget).
What's my shape? I'd say gravity-afflicted (maybe you can add that to your drop down menu). I love my EF pieces cos their forgiving cut tends to be so great at camouflaging all that's dropping with wonderful shades of fabulous textiles. Not so sure about this one, tho.

Sweater is not right for me
Very low v neck on me. Also the back tends to hike up at the bottom. May work for someone with bigger bust and smaller rear but this is not me.
