Nice but Too Short
Pool Color Size M: I liked the color and the fabric very much. The length (described as 23 1/2 inches for the S) was several inches too short on me and I am only 5'4'' tall. So if I go by how it was listed and use this language, it needs to then be made 25 1/2 inches long to fit regular sizes. Otherwise it is really more for petites. I could not go up a size to get more length because this sweater is cut very wide. Please try to make more of your sweaters longer in the cashmere. So many of the styles this year are 23 " (too short) or 29 & 1/2 " (which is way too long, more like a tunic). Can there please be more sweaters made for regular sizes, ~ 25 " long? They can't help at customer service on this because there aren't enough being made in regular lengths (~ 25" long) even though they are all marked as regular sizes.

Order Cancelled with no Communication
I ordered the cashmere sweater in Moss January 1. I waited 12 days for delivery. Today I checked my order to learn it was cancelled with no notification from Eileen Fisher. Double checked to ensure I didn’t miss anything. Very disappointed in customer service. Long time customer, not sure about moving forward.

Classic, incredibly soft, runs large (I am 5’2”, 110 pounds and the xxs is large all around from width to length to sleeve length) so a good comfy casual sweater.

What has happen to Eileen’s sizing
I really wanted this sweater to work but a medium was so large it would have taken 2 people to fill it out. The sleeves were too short too. I would like to know if the sizing models have changed?

Lovely pullover
Lovely quality. Boxy fit. Soft. Wasnt sure if "Woodland" for a color meant green or brownish. It means almost a charcoal green. Very useable to dress up or down.
