EF’s trouble processing returns
Loved this. Really wanted to order another, but am concerned about no recourse if it arrives defective. I sent in a return of a different item 8 weeks ago. EF responded to a query that they’ll process a return if it arrives. I used their return label which they said does not allow for tracking. This item is not worth the risk of it arriving defective and being lost on return. That is my new rating system, by asking am I ok risking the cost of the item.
