Nice looking loafers, but they do run larger.
I really like Eileen Fisher shoes. I own several pairs because they’re very comfortable and stylish.

Not quite
I am a 6.5-7W. So many reviews said the shoes were wide so I was hopeful, alas they were not quite wide enough. Reviews also said length was a bit long so I ordered the 6.5 which was correct.
The soles had no tread or texture, which seemed odd. This was my second pair of EF shoes and I find the EF design long and narrow, but the width is probably a solid medium for everyone else. Too bad I had to return.

SOOO comfortable!
This loafer is a modern version of the Bass penny loafer we all wore in the 60's without the penny slot. However, it is much better, it looks much more sleek and the leather is very soft. The fit is perfect.

these were uncomfortable sadly
I love most Eileen Fisher shoes, but sadly these did not meet the usual comfort standards that I hope for. They were too rigid and did not form well with my feet.

Strange fit loose heel
Love the look and leather, but these just did not fit. I wear a 6.5 in almost every shoe, these were too long, more than a thumb and the heel slipped out when I walked. I really really wanted these to fit.

Excellent quality, beautiful, but loose in heel
I was happy to try these shoes on in an EF store, as loafers are hard to fit. I took my usual size, wearing a footie, but found the heel to be quite loose. It's possible these would be perfect with socks, but I wanted to wear them with thin tights all fall and winter long, so I passed. The quality of these shoes is fabulous -- and they look feminine while still being a substantial leather shoe. Esp in the larger sizes, this is no small feat (no pun intended, LOL!).

Size issues
I ordered a size 8 but was walking out of the shoe. I returned for a 7-1/2 and the shoe is still slightly too large. The shoe slips off my heel but not as much as before. Construction is nice and the style goes with everything but I would recommend ordering a full size smaller than you typically wear.

Too long, too wide
Had to return. Wanted to love these shoes but the toe box was too long and my narrow, high arched foot swam around without support.
