So comfortable!
I love this boot. I own it in both black and navy suede. I wore the boot in Paris, walking all day. Please, Eileen Fisher, bring this boot back. There is some perfect combination of heel height, and footbed that makes it a real winner.

Comfortable heel
I try not to go over 2" in heels. I live in NYC and you never know when you are going to have to walk a long distance. The block heel on these boots makes them incredibly comfortable. The foot bed padding is good, not great, but good enough.
The suede is nice although I would of preferred leather because suede is so limited as to when you can wear it based on the weather and is less durable than leather. Overall, the boot is a great buy. They are my new "go to" boots because of the style and the comfort. We all know that feeling of looking in our closet and trying to determine how much discomfort we are willing to endure that day based on our choice of footwear. These boots solve that problem! I've worn them with a dress (no tights) and with wide leg corduroys. They go with everything. I also have the Murphy Intaglio Leather Booties which are very comfy but these are actually more comfortable.
Eileen, please make more boots in leather. Suede can't be worn in the rain or snow. Leather can be treated to endure both. I see more boots on the website I would buy the Hollis suede and the Ditto Suede boots but don't because they are suede, and can only be worn if it's there's no rain in the forecast and absolutely no snow on the ground.

Beautiful boots but too high for me
Based on another review that stated these were easy to walk in because there is a platform sole, reducing overall steepness of heel, I bought these gorgeous boots. There is no platform sole, nor much cushioning there. Despite the perfect fit and gorgeous blue color, I knew I could not walk safely or comfortably in these. So I am returning them for some other lucky customer!

Cute and Comfortable
I bought these on sale and thrilled they still had my size! I wear a size 10 and tough at times to get. Beautiful color and made well. The sole of the shoes are made thicker and I won’t have to worry about constant wearing at the toe. My Piper Boots I have I always need to be careful. These boots fit true to size. The first time of wearing I walked all night with no problem! Heal size is perfect and sturdy without looking old lady, very stylish!

Perfect stylish short boot
These boots have style! I have the black suede and love the chunky heel for comfort. Sometimes Eileen has bulky, not refined style (I know on purpose) and these boots have shape and design. Appropriate for work, too. Lightweight, not clunky. Super comfortable! Plus, I got them on sale, so even better.

This Boot has style and comfort
SO happy with this boot - love the bit of platform under footbed - provides comfort and balances the heel heel height - is true to size and has a perfect shaft height - can do all pant lengths and look great! Hope to now get the Denim color! Highly Recommend!

WOW!
i completely agree with the reviewer, who said these boots are super comfortable even with the 2" heel. i usually wear boots that are less than 2". AND the design is very flattering, fitting like a glove on my feet. beautiful and sexy with leggings. fits perfectly at the ankles. can't wait to wear them more and more this winter in sunny southern Cal. thank you, Eileen for the sale price!!
