From the first moment on my feet
they felt wonderful. No 'breaking-in' needed. I was very surprised of
that due to the strong structure of the shoe, but the elastic insert across the top is forgiving. My feet swell towards the end of the day
and these shoes again have not caused a problem. Slimming for the foot too. I wear these with lighter weight socks. True to size.

Excellent buy
I just bought these on sale. I took one contributors suggestion and bought 1/2 size large and the fit was perfect. These shoes go with everything! And so comfortable!! Lucky me.

These shoes have a great look
I looked at these shoes for quite a while, they went on sale and I jumped at the chance and bought them. They are super comfortable, look great with skirts, pants and jeans. They are fashion forward. Every time I wear them I get positive remarks. So glad I got them.

A perfect pair of shoes
I just received these "loafers" and wore them to work today. I was worried that they might pinch after a while, so I brought a second pair of shoes with me, just in case. Well, I didn't need the spare shoes. The style and cut was perfect. These shoes were so comfortable. They will definitely will go into frequent rotation during the fall and winter.

Very fashioin foward!!!
I adore these! They are super comfortable- . I wear them with my Eileen dresses and the look is very hip! Put a cropped leather jacket or a long sweater with a scarf or t with it and I am ready to go.
I needed a 1/2 size smaller. Would like them a little wider in the toe box . This should be a classic shoe in the collection.

Great style and quality; some sizing issues
I find the style and workmanship of these shoes to be outstanding, but they run ~ 1/2 size small (I usually take an 8.5 or 9 in EF shoes; had to order a 9.5), and they're really wide in the heel: my heels slip when I walk,even with moderately-thick socks. I'm still wearing them, and hoping to find some inserts to deal with the wide heel issue.

This shoe met my criteria for a stylish shoe to wear with most anything this winter. However, I was disappointed that the shoe was cut too narrow across the toe joints. I decided that after wearing them for a period of time they would be uncomfortable and I would come limping home. I purchased an EF sandal last summer and wore them only once because they were too narrow and painful across the toe joints. I did not want to take the chance with these shoes only to discover they were too narrow. Too expensive for a one time wear. My shoe closet contains mostly EF shoes and most are comfortable. However, these will not give me the room my toes require, so I guess I’ll keep looking for a loafer that has a bit more room.

Gorgeous AND functional!
There are volumes of shoe makers but I have once agained found a great shoe with these EF loafers. Received them recently and have lots of plans for them - ranging from wearing them with jeans, dress pants and dresses. They will be great with my business attire as well as casual! Leather is soft but substantial and has supportive soul!!
