Daily dress
This dress fits me in my usual PS-I’m 5’4” 120 lbs and the armholes are definitely not too large. This dress is so easy to throw on and go. I have lots of sandals to pair with it and enjoy the neutral color. I wish the ballet neck linen dress came in petite lengths this year.

Fantastic Dress
I am so happy with this dress! I’m a size 12, bought it in medium, and it’s just right. I’m 5’4” and it hits right at the top of the kneecaps. The armholes are not too big. What I love are these features. One, the material: garment dye gives it a cool vibe (in graphite) that juxtaposes a classic. The material also feels wonderful on. Also, I love having a classic dress I can pull out on a hot day for any event: lunch with a friend or shopping at the store. Furthermore, it’s quite versatile as it can be worn as a vest over wide leg linen pants or jeans. And my favorite feature, as I find with so many of Eileen Fisher clothes, is that it’s casual chic.

Huge Armholes
Pros: Nice linen. The usual generous EF cut.
Cons: The color, Grenadine (red), was a bit dull and washed out looking, similar to a Nantucket red. The armholes are HUGE. I don’t know if it could have been altered enough they were so large. Because of the huge armholes, I returned the dress. With free return shipping, it is worth seeing if it would work for you.

Cool and breezy
This dress is going to be a favorite for summer. The linen is soft and has just enough weight for a dress. I bought the pink one and might even buy another color. I’m a 10-12 and the medium is a perfect fit. The arm holes are just right for me - not too big at all. Love it!

Versatile dress perfect alone or with pants
Really looking forward to hot weather so I can wear this dress. It fits true to size, is roomy but not too showy under the arms, and falls to mid-knee on me. The weight of the fabric is just right as well. And I love the way the dress looks over a pair of black cropped wide-leg linen pants. I’m also tempted to purchase the matching grenadine wide-leg pants to give me even more mix and match options.

Beautiful Color and Elegant Linen...but...
The dress is a classic cut, color brilliantly rich and beautiful, linen elegant and of high quality, yet in agreement with other reviewers, the arm holes cut on this dress are too large. I tried both a PP and an XXS (one inch smaller in the bust) yet returned both and opted for the mock neck blouse (same color and fabric) - beautiful as a new style - the PP a perfect Cinderella fit. Would love the dress as a piece in my wardrobe and simply wish to make the report for next year's styling. Thank you for classic elegance!

This is a lovely, well made option for layering into the warmer months. Unfortunately, the straight fit does not work for my body type. I have similar garments from previous seasons with a slight A line that fit much better.

Gorgeous fabric; huge armholes
I love Grenadine -- truly my favorite color (and basically identical to Watermelon and Strawberry of the past few years). I bought this dress in my usual EF size, L, and it fits generously -- slightly A line, but the armholes are HUGE and gape open if I raise my arms at all. I'm really tired of that issue!!! Not all of us are huge busted (which I guess would address the issue). I'll return it. A size M would probably be too tight everywhere else.
