Nice but...
The style of these pants is great for the hotter months, and pulling them on is a breeze. They're a nice smooth fit over the hips. I also like that the fabric is tencel—that is, it's environmentally friendly—and that the fabric has a nice weight and feels good on the body. What it doesn't have is a great look. The fabric is very matte, with a very dull finish. It has no eye appeal, and it doesn't give off a finished look. I don't feel it needs to be shiny, just look a little less like a dustcloth.

Not worth it
Very disappointed with these pants. They pilled on the first wear and the waist band twists and folds. Not worth the sale price point.

Keep Planting Those Trees!
Unlike viscose there is absolutely. no pilling with tercel. I turn away from anything with viscose while I am attracted to tercel.

The material is flimsy and the color washed out really fast- after three washings. I would have returned had I not torn them on a nail. Not worth the money even on sale.

Not for me.
It says fine jersey, and they mean it. Really really thin. Not just cellulite revealing, but you could even see this scar on my thigh that I got rock climbing. I’m pretty hourglass shaped which doesn’t always work with Eileen Fisher, and didn’t in this case. Really tight on my thighs and huge on my waist.
That said, super comfortable and would probably look nice on someone more long and lean or athletic than me.

Beautiful drape, difficult waistband
These pants have a beautiful drape and they move nicely when you walk. However, the elastic in the waistband isn't fixed as it is in almost all Eileen Fisher pants, so it turns and even doubles as you wear it. This is so surprising; I've never run into this in EF pants and they're a mainstay in my wardrobe. Also, the crotch depth is a little long for my 5'4" height (but I'd need petite XL if it existed). Sadly, I'm returning these.

These pants feel really great on. Even though I am working from home, I feel stylish and still very comfortable. The elastic waistband does get a little twisted, so I wish that was a little more stable.

Love these pants!
These pants are so comfortable that I could wear them all the time. The knees do stretch out after several times of wearing them but then it is time to wash them. I wash them by hand, hang them to line dry and then they are good to go again. Perfect for this summer’s hot weather. Since I am a petite 5’1” and I purchased the regular size S, they fit right at my ankles, which is what I wanted.

Beautiful fabric, problematic waistband
I love the drape of the material, and its color, which I know this fabric holds. The waistband is a problem though. The elastic band is already turning and twisting inside the waistband. I wish a different technique had been used in creating a wide, comfortable band.

Long waisted but nice flair
I love the drape and concept of these pants. The fit did not work for me, however. The rise is long on me and I wish I would have ordered them in petite. To make them fit properly, I need to roll the waist over or pull them up rather high. I will save them for wearing with sweaters.

Comfortable and Cute
I adore these comfortable ankle pants. They are flowing, but don't overwhelm me even though I am 5 ft 4 in and 112 lbs. Received the xtra small and the fit was spot on. These washed well, hung to dry. Of course my husband didn't particularly care for the look, but that was my first clue that they would be extremely comfortable. Sometimes you just have to dress for YOU. I even ordered a second pair which is not typical of my shopping habits. Well done!

Glad I bought these pants!
Oh my gosh - I LOVE these pants! I bought them in both black and blue. They are soft, yet they look wonderful as dress pants. I travel often and it's wonderful how these pants can be washed in cold water and then hung up to dry - without a wrinkle. They go perfectly with the sleeveless jersey tank. I definitely recommend these pants.

Wonderful pant with narrow waist.
This is a narrow waist pant. I have some trouble figuring out whether I am an XXS, an XS, or a PS with various EF pants. I am 5'2" and 110 pounds. I returned the XXS. It was too short in the crotch and too narrow in the waist. In this pant I should have ordered the XS.
