Perfect little black dress

Great summer dress

Comfortable and pretty
I’m happy to have this versatile dress, but would love it even more if it had a little sleeve. Also... I have a closet full of black EF dresses, pants and tops. This would be great in another color for summer.

Great Length for All
I have no doubt that this dress will work for many. The length should make everyone happy (even petites); the fabric, though thin and a bit clingy, is rich-looking; and the shirring adds a touch of elegance that takes it out of T-shirt territory. The fit is neither boxy nor voluminous. I usually take a Large in petite sizes and a Medium in regular sizes, but the regular Large would have fit better had I purchased it. What didn't work for me was the minimal coverage from the cap sleeves. Remember, those of us who want a dress with sleeves usually want to cover what cap sleeves do not!
