I'm in the "love" camp
People seem to love or hate these pants. I love them. I'm 5'7," 113lbs, and the XXS fits well. I love that they have a button-front, zip, and belt loops like a proper trouser, but they are as comfy as a pull-on. I'm a wool fanatic, so that's a win. They look great with a slim sweater or a blouse and belt. Often 30" is slightly too short an inseam for me in wide pants, but these are fine, and there is an inch of hem that I can let down if need be.
The wool picks up some lint but not too much - I was out all day in these and they still looked great when I got home. No bagging in the knees.
Frankly, I am indifferent to the cargo pockets. I'd love the pants more without them, because they'd be less trendy (short-lived) and I will never use those pockets. But they're fine.
In the climate I live in, I can easily get 6 months' wear out of these each year.
Got them on sale and I am very happy with this purchase.

Great fabric - poor fit!
The felted wool jersey is so soft and feels like butter...however the pants do not fit well. The waist is too large and the "butt area" is way too baggy. I wish they were more tailored!

Between sizes?
I love the rust color -- but I'm struggling with the size. The XLarge is too big in the waist, and the L is just a little too short in length. . .

Very nice style, but collects dust
I have never had pants that collect dust on the inside like these do. I am hoping the statis from the cold, dry weather causing the problem and it will become less under different conditions. The picture shows the inside of the pants. Even trying them on just once leaves dust and I don't have any particular skin problems. I am using a soft soft bristle clothes brush to try to remove the dust, but it doesn't brush off easily and makes the pants look dirty.
