Great vest but duller color and sizing is unusual
I had to order this vest twice. I’ve been a Medium in Eileen Fisher sizes for many years but the Medium was just too big, even for layering. Small fits like the medium size used to fit. And as other reviews say the red color is much duller and much less attractive than in the picture. Still a good vest, warm for 55 degree days. I’m keeping it.

runs big and color is dull
I had high hopes for this vest, but it did disappoint slightly. I'm always a small in all things EF, but I really needed an extra small in this piece. It's surprising because I'm a 34DD with broad shoulders and a big upper back from swimming. The other issue is the color. Like the other reviewers, I wish the color was a more brilliant jewel toned cranberry and not muddy. I'm keeping it in spite of the shortfalls because it fits into my casual outdoor lifestyle perfectly. I would love to see EF do more "outdoorsy" pieces for those of us who are active and athletic, but not climbing Everest.

Will keep it, but...
I love everything about this vest, and it fits great. Just be aware that the color is not even close to what you see online. It is a dull, darkish cranberry. I wish it was brighter and had some life, but it doesn't. Just a heads up.

Wishing, wanting more…
It’s fine, I’m going to keep it…fit is great!!! TTS, not fit in, or is it more boxy!
But I wish it was a brighter red, and I wish it had snaps and a zipper. That may sound picky, but I typically wear my vest open and then when I run outside and it’s windy I just like to close quickly a snap or two. I don’t want to stand anywhere and fumble with a zipper. But I do like the zipper for when it’s super cold and I want a solid closure.
