A jacket That Fits As Promised
I like the style of this jacket, and especially the fact that the hood easily snaps on and off.
I thought it would be a little warmer. It’s very lightweight. I especially don’t like that it’s not waterproof. Otherwise good for warmer weather.

Fine except for zipper
I like this jacket. It's lightweight, comfortable, roomy, and good for spring or fall. My only complaint is that it has a double zipper. I really dislike double zippers. They take a little longer to get up and on this coat, which is loose around the bottom, there really is no reason for it. My favorite EF coat is an old down one that has buttons. One can do them in the dark.

Good light jacket if it fits you well.
The jacket feels comfortable and looks well made. In F 40 degrees, wearing long-sleeved t-shirt, it not provided enough warmth; some warm sweater or fleece underneath would help; the fleece-lined pockets are a big plus. The hood is wide like in most regular coats, not face hugging like in many sport puffers, so in wind you need to hold it to keep it on; it may however protect from light drizzle. Runs large. I am 5,7/180 Ib with smaller frame and belly. Usually I order Medium in EF coats, which fits well in shoulders and gives enough room for the belly. This coat is still a bit too large in shoulders and belly, but it gives room for warm sweater. When I intentionally pull the sleeves down with arms down, the length of sleeves is good, but as soon as I bend or move arms, the sleeves are bracelet length. I don’t know how the 5,9 model on the picture has sleeves so long in size S. I had thought about exchanging for size S, but I think that sleeves will be even shorter on me than they are in medium, which they are already too short. And although sleeves tapper toward the end, they are still on the wide side, letting the wind and cold in. This jacket is obviously for milder cold weather. When I stand straight, the jacket seems right length, covering 3/4 of my behind, but as soon as I move or seat the whole jacket moves they way that it feels too short and too wide. The two-way zipper is a big plus, in particular that the jacket doesn’t have snap closing all the way, as I like it in other EF jackets, just top and bottom. In a way, it is a typical EF jacket: it’s not perfect, but it mostly covers what you need to cover or gives you that special EF look.

Great basic coat
I tried on quite a few colors and until I found this piece. This lightweight coat is packed with great features. The removable hood is really nice for chilly or rainy days. It runs big so you might want to size down but it’s nice to have a coat that is roomy enough to zip up easily.

Please let us know how waterproof or warm this is
I have an EF puffer jacket that is super cute. But it would be helpful when purchasing in future to know how waterproof or the temp rating of the product. Otherwise I will go to a sporting goods retailer for the item. Form must equal function. Is this a functional jacket or not? Pleast let us know@!
