Simply Marvelous!!!
Perfect!!! Light as a feather, thin, and warm without being too hot. Haha, I know, I can’t explain it :)) I LOVE, Love, love that the vertical lines and the slight swing of this quilt just melt the pounds away. A subtle oriental influence that goes with everything everything!!!

One star for availability
It might not seem fair to give this fabulous vest a one star, but it's the only way I know to highlight the continued unavailability of larger sizes on this website. If you wear a size XL or 1X and don't snap up your desired item the moment it shows up here, you're going to be out of luck. Happily, I scoured the internet and found this vest in size XL at a department store. I have no idea why more larger sizes cannot kept in stock at the EF site.

Perfect fabric, perfect design
I already have the eggshell hooded vest and wear it all the time, ideal light warmth, especially for travel. Love the nylon eggshell fabric with its papery light, feel good fabric, soft beyond expectations. The quilted design with side panels is a flattering and slightly more constructed variation on the puff vest I already own and love. I ordered the medium (I am usually between M and L in EF, usually petite) and found it generous in size, would accommodate substantial layers underneath for cold climates. I ordered a small for a closer fit and plan to give the medium to my sister for her birthday. On sizing, a smaller size will likely work better for milder climates without sweater layers underneath. Lovely piece.
