A bit disappointing
Very heavily wrinkled I was not able to steam out the wrinkles. I will have to take it to the cleaners prior to being able to wear. I shop online almost exclusively and never have this happen with wools. Also there was supposed to be a pin for closure and it was not included.

A perfect multi season coat.
A beautiful light weight coat that is soft, effortless and stylish. I bought it in two neutral colors to ensure it could top the widest range of outfits. I've owned so many EF coats over the decades. Having moved to a milder climate, this is the perfect overcoat to replace so many heavier ones I loved and wore on repeat when living in Chicago. The sizing is an oversized style that runs slightly large so order your true size or one size down. It's worth every penny!

Very nice colour
I tried this in the store and thought the collar looked rather strange for the overall relaxed style of the coat and didn't buy it initially, but really love the colour and soft, relaxed fit, so got it when it went on sale. Have not worn it out enough to speak about the quality but the length is great too. I'm 5'7 and it hits close to my knees. Hope to see this taupe colour feature more.

Great wool coat!
I so wanted to love this coat, needed a coat other than black and this taupe color was beautiful, the weight of the wool was luxurious. I bought it and brought it home than I realized there were no buttons or snaps, no closure to keep this coat together on a blustery day. Sadly I returned it, there was a pin to use but that is not always practical. Please Eileen, try again with a wool coat like this one.
