  • Order Calculation

    To view your order total, add the items you are interested in to your shopping bag and click on the "Place Order" button. Borderfree will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from the US to your selected international destination, and any applicable duty, customs tariffs and taxes as determined by the destination customs authority.

  • Additional Costs

    There will be no additional costs when you receive your order. When you use the Borderfree Global Checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your selected currency so you can place your order with certainty. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.

  • Order Status

    If you have your order number, you can check the status of your international package(s) here. If you do not remember your order number, email us at and we will be happy to provide an update on your order.

  • Emails About Your Order

    Below are examples of emails you might receive:

    Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.

    Order Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple emails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately.

    Returns Processed. We will email you once your return has been received and processed.

    Other. There are a few other reasons you would receive an email, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, issues with credit card or cancellation of order.   • Credit Cards

    We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders and American Express and PayPal for select destinations. Available options will be presented at checkout. Please note, if you choose to select a payment currency other than your own, your credit card company may assess a fee for converting the currency.

  • Billing

    Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your package(s) leaves the US. Your credit card statement will read BF*EILEENFISHERINT.

  • Price Adjujstments

    Due to various factors, such as the length of shipping time, calculation of currency, duty, customs tariffs and taxes, we cannot perform price adjustments should an item go on sale between the time of purchase and delivery to your destination.

  • Duty, Customs Tariffs & Taxes

    Duty, customs tariffs and taxes (including VAT) are set by the destination countries local government and are determined based on a combination of the country of origin of manufacture of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree and EILEEN FISHER support. The amount of applicable duty, customs tariffs and taxes will vary by country and will be determined and guaranteed by Borderfree Global Checkout.

  • Gift Cards

    Unfortunately, gift cards are not available for sale or redemption on international orders. All gift card purchases must go through the US shipping site.

  • Restricted Items

    Some items available for sale in the US are not available for international shipment. Consequently, you may see items available for sale on our US site, but not on our international site. Additionally, you may be asked to remove an item from your shopping bag, if your specific destination country does not permit the import of that item.

    To ship internationally, visit our international page, select your country and currency, add items to your EILEEN FISHER shopping bag and then click on the "Checkout" button. Borderfree will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any shipping costs from the US, the shipping method (Standard or Express) to your selected destination, the types and quantity of items you are purchasing, as well as any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs and revenue authority.

  • Shipping Internationally from the US

    If you are located in the US and would like to have an order shipped to an international recipient, you can do so by shopping and using the Borderfree Global Checkout. Please be sure to visit the international section of our website and select the country you will be shipping to in order to shop items available for delivery to that particular country. You will receive a guaranteed order total for your international order, including all customs tariffs, taxes and international shipping charges, while paying in USD and using a US credit card. Gift wrap is not available for international shipments.

  • Backorders

    If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be "backordered." You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping bag. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they leave the US. Your order total will be determined at the exchange rate current when you submitted your order, regardless of when your items ship. In the event a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages.   • Cancellations

    If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, duty, customs tariffs, taxes or shipping fees related to the item.

  • Returns

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at or 1.866.512.5197, UK: 0808.234.0169 for a Returns Authorization and we will provide you with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded. We accept unworn merchandise with the original tags attached within 45 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping costs to the International Returns Facility are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.

    Once the item is received in saleable condition, our partner Borderfree will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes, and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. The cost of return shipping to our International Returns Facility will be deducted from this amount.
