How do we clean and preserve the pleats?
I recently bought and love this blouse. Reading the reviews I’m concerned about dry cleaning. What instructions should I give to make sure the crushed look with the pleats is preserved?

pretty...as long as you don't wash or clean it!
I wore this top several times and then washed it in cold water, as I have done with all my EF purchases for many many years. It is now nothing but a rag. And I see from a customer rating below that dry cleaning also resulted in a rag. EF – come on! Refund please!

perfect present for my daughter - looks incredible on. Bought on sale or would not have paid the price. Pairs perfectly with the silk pants with the slits.She has not washed it yet - hoping to have it dry scrunched up to avoid the fate detailed by other reviewers. But so lovely!

Great too for a short period of time.
I wore the silk top 3 times since I bought it not even a month ago and I had it dry cleaned and it completely lost its shape. For the money I spent I am so disappointed:( compared to my other tops that have been going to the same exact cleaner this has never happened. Please what do I do to fix it if anything?! $250 down the drain.
