It’s very comfortable and has a flattering weave, but the combination of these two characteristics made my husband comment that it looked like I was wearing a tow sack.

Beautiful material Sizing is Too Large
The material is beautiful, love the color and feel. The fit is the problem. I got a PP, I am 5'2", 120 lbs, it was way way too big. It looked like a sack on me, it was least 2 sizes too big and it would still be loose. I could not justify almost $200 for a shapeless dress. if you are tall it might work for you.

Comfortable, just wish it was a bit longer
Nice, understated, would look great if I had thin knees. Keeping it anyway, hoping to get thin knees. Will wear with long white pants til then.

Worked For Me
I hesitated ordering this dress due to the dullness, housecoat look. But being a double below the knee amputee I thought it would keep me cool during the summer months and it does. My black prosthetics look fine with this dress. I will continue to purchase Eileen Fisher clothes because they work with my disability but mostly on sale. Her dresses are pricy!

Perfect, just perfect!
I love this dress. The fabric is so light and airy, perfect for hot climates, and great to take on travel, as it takes up so little space in a suitcase. I REALLY wish it came in more colors... I would buy them all.

Love the dress
I try and buy this style every time it’s offered! Pleased to say that it is not too short for me, 5’7”, I always buy the XL. This one is knee length or a little below, perfect since above knee doesn’t work for my age and size. Will be perfect in hot Fla/Caribbean weather.

Always a WIN!

I sized down from my usual small to an extra small and I'm glad I did-it runs large, even for EF. I like the fabric-it's a nice weight for a hot summer and you can wear this as a dress or open over a tank top and pants and it's lightweight and good even for very warm weather. I have one quibble and it's that it's described as white. Yes, it's very finely striped black and white, so finely striped that color comes off as a pale gray-it's not white. Still, I really like it and have been wearing it a lot.

Disappointment

For me this is a perfect little dress. Lightweight, cool fabric. Light color perfect for summer. Roomy in fit. It has nice sleeves and comes down just over my knees. The true sleeves and slight knee coverage is important. Just as the light weight linen, and light color for summer coolness. So this little dress checks all the boxes for me. Will be wearing a lot thru this hot weather.
