Not the luxurious feel of most EF products
The fabric was rougher and less luxurious than the fabrics used in most Eileen Fisher products.

First fail ever - still an Eileen Fisher devotee!
Sadly I had to return this - I LOVE the look of it, but the wool already had lots of pills in it upon arrival. So from far away I loved the look and hang of the coat, but the fabric just didn't match the cut for quality.

Would love a more structured appearance
Like the color and fabric but the buttons seem to pull oddly and the hem does not hang evenly. I always feel like I need to steam it

Nice coat
I loved colour of the coat. However, the cut did not suit me, it didn’t hang well and looked bulky. Unfortunately has to return it.
