Terrible return policy
Terrible unnecessarily complicated return policy which seems designed as a cash grab from their elderly customers. I will not be ordering gifts from Eileen Fischer again though I’ve spent thousands in the past

This top is super soft, warm and comfortable. I love the green color. When I first put it on it shed quite a bit on the inside, but after a wash, I think it will be fine.
