lovely jeans
I initially purchased the classic indogo color, but the waist ran slightly larger than other usual size S, so I had to return. I ordered medium indigo, which was surprisingly just the right size, and I also purchased dark indigo. I love everything about these jeans. It isn't too stiff or overly flowing. I frequently wear medium indigo and am excited to wear dark indigo in the coming fall and winter. I am 5'3", and the length reaches the center of my instep.

Awesome jeans for a 70 year old!
These jeans are perfect for summer. I don’t like to wear shorts so needed some lightweight durable ankle length pants to walk the dog. Not too dressy and not too casual.

Comfortable well fitting Jeans
These are my go-to jeans, not requiring much thinking on my part. They fit well and are comfortable. I only wish the front pockets were more generous. They can hold a credit card and not much else. I need to put my phone in the back pocket. Not my first choice.

The very best jeans
I seldom would wear jeans. I found them too uncomfortable. I am so appreciative of the jeans that I bought from Eileen Fisher. I don’t want to take them off. Not only are they becoming on me, but they offer a perfect fit! They are the most comfortable pants that I have ever worn. Thank you Eileen Fisher for a great product. I loved the jeans so much that I bought them in white as well. I’m looking at the package that just arrived and I’m eager to open it. I will pack both this morning for my trip to Bruges. I leave tomorrow and have much to do but needed to write this review because I am so impressed with the jeans.

Favorite jeans
These jeans fit well and are so comfortable. The darker wash is not available in my size (PS) otherwise I would buy a second pair. A bit pricy but worth the fit and they will get a lot of use.

Love these Jeans. I’m 5’4” and they hit my ankle. There’s a nice bit of stretch and the straight silhouette is just what I wanted. I sized down to a small. I weigh about 140.

Nice denim, but quickly stretches out of shape
The jeans had a nice fit initially, but after wearing for an hour they were stretched out so much that I felt silly. They are a lightweight denim which is nice for all seasons, but they do not hold their shape. The jeans are straight, but the style is oversized and I would call them wide leg on a standard body type. I can’t recommend these.

Great straight leg jeans
The straight leg style looks great with narrow and flared tops. I got both the Deep Indigo (like Ink) and Classic Indigo for more/less formal wear. I'm 5'1" tall/95 lbs. The XXS and PP both fit perfectly. The PP is ankle-length on me, but I got the XXS, preferring the slightly longer leg. The denim is soft & giving, but keeps its shape.

Nice fabric, waist small, returns are NOT EASY
IMHO, these jeans ran small in waist and hips. I liked the fabric. I will return, but honestly, Eileen Fisher, do you think everyone lives near a Post Office these days? I live in suburbia in the Triangle area of NC. It takes me between 25-30 minutes each way to get to a Post Office, considering suburban congestion. WHY DO I HAVE TO CALL YOU OR WAIT FOR A RESPONSE TO EMAIL to get a return label?

Great fit
Just wide enough to be on trend. The fit is perfect. Wish length was about an inch longer...I am 5'4" tall...I wear shoes and socks in the cold Midwest late winter weather but do not like the look. These are made to be worn with flats, no socks, due to ankle length.

Great Pants Small pockets
Finally a straight leg jean that fits well. As other reviews have stated, the front pockets are TINY. Bought in 2 colors, they fit snug at first, but give a little, but not too much after wearing. So glad they don't fit like a "mom" jean. Thanks for making fashionable petite clothing.

Great Denim
I love the denim used in these jeans (stretchy but not too stretchy) the color options, and the high rise. As others have noted. the front pockets are quite small, but the back pockets are large enough to hold a mobile phone. I found the sizing to be off: I normally take a Small or Medium in EF pants, but in these I needed to size down to Extra Small.

wonderful, but sizing issues and small pockets
This is the 2nd pair of these jeans I have ordered, this one in a different color. I ordered the same size in both, but this pair was several inches larger than the other pair I already have. EF was great about helping me exchange them, and I ordered a size down from my normal size. The ones that are one size down are quite a bit smaller than the original pair I own that fits well, but they work ok... the sizing is wonky on these and doesn't seem to be standardized. That said, once you find a pair that fits, whatever size they may be labeled, they do fit really well. My only bit of feedback aside from sizing is that I have no idea who designed the pockets for these jeans, but they are laughable. I'm not even sure they're deep enough to hold a quarter, and I seriously wonder why they bothered doing a pocket at all. I may have to do surgery on the pockets to have space to at least put my keys. Still, despite the flaws and sizing issues, they deserve a solid 4 stars for the good fit and nice material.

Nice jeans, run large & very much stretch
The jeans come in good colors. I initially purchased a PM, my usual size. However, I wish I had not purchased 2 pair because they run very large even after putting them in the dryer. They were too long, the rise was very high and stretch too much. I purchased them again in a PS which I never wear but wanted the jeans. These are great!

Comfortable and classic
The straight legs on these jean are flattering along with the darker wash. I'm 5'1" 115 lbs. and the pp size leaves me room to tuck in blouses and sweaters.
