Fits to size and I love it
I ordered a L and an M based on previous experience with sizes at EF and the L fit perfectly (I'm 38,35,45 and usually take L. It even fits nicely around my narrow neck and I don't notice any scratchiness. Having basically just tried it on I can't comment on pilling mentioned by someone else.
I do love the subtle warm grey colour which goes with anything and the A line design that accommodates my triangular shape. Perfect casual sweater so far.

This sweater is very comfortable and can be dressed up or down. With winter here in the east, it is very warm and cozy. Great piece to add to my wardrobe.

Nice sweater
I like the sweater. It’s comfortable and a good length. I have trouble with turtle necks as I have a large Adam’s apple so I would have preferred it a little looser around the neck.

Not the best thing I've gotten from you
Sizing is not quite right for me (not your fault). The sleeves are too short on the small size, which I bought. But the medium was too big across the shoulders. Also, a bit disappointed that the cotton makes it wrinkle.

almost perfect
Love the fabric, the cotton and cashmere mix which is warm and comfortable against the skin, better than a wool mix. Love the neck style too better than a roll over turtleneck. Won't buy a second one because the sleeves are too short by about 2", and I am only 5'5" with average arms. Previous long-sleeved tops from EF have not had a sleeve length problem. Another bad feature is the label on the back of the neck which itches and scratches so much I will have to remove it before wearing the sweater again!

Beautiful sweater
Gorgeous ruby color that pairs beautifully with many colors of skirts and pants, esp the wine colored satin skirt (as shown on the website). Love the website for ideas about styling the clothes, btw. Sweater is lovely quality. It is often difficult to find non-wool sweaters (rashes from wool) so appreciate this lovely cotton and cashmere blend.
