Very Comfortable Pant!
I told a friend that this pant is so comfortable that I could sleep in it! That said, it looks like a stylish pair of wide-legged jeans that can be dressed up with a crisp white blouse or sweater.

Not Quite as Pictured
The fabric was very nice but the pant legs were, I thought, much larger than they appeared in the pictures. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in a Eileen Fisher product.

Fabric, Silhouette, Length, And Comfort Are Good
I originally bought the Cotton Indigo Knit Denim Barrel pant. While the barrel silhouette did
not suit me, the item was so comfy that I returned the barrel pant and ordered the Cotton
Indigo Knit Denim Full-length Straight pant. The material, silhouette, and fit and comfort are perfect.

comfort on steroids
I purchased the cotton/linen version over the summer and love them. The comfort level is off the charts. I washed and dried these as directed before wearing (potential color transfer). They look like denim but so much better. They work well with a blazer, open shirt over a tank or what ever else you can come up with. Oddly enough they also lend themselves to a dressier look if that is the direction you need to pursue. Just understand that it is a full straight leg and if you are used to seeing yourself in a slim leg or leggings these might take a moment or two to adjust. I let the hem of my top rest just above the tie --- kind of a faux mini-tuck. I am 5'4". If you are in between sizes I would err on the side of caution so the pockets don't pull open. Hoping they are offered in black soon.

I am on the fence about these. I don’t dislike these, but do not love them. I agree with whomever wrote that they should have had a zipper. No reason for tie. Color good. Had to order petite, length good. Weight, a bit heavier than I expected but ok. They run a little slimmer than a medium size usually runs. I was surprised based on previous comments. I will probably keep them.

I love the fabric, the color, the good quality. and the ease of wearing pull on jeans. That said, these pants were too long. I have a 31 1/2 inch inseam and was stepping on the hem when wearing sneakers. Trying to roll the hem up was an awkward look because of the wide leg. I washed and dried them with no shrinkage. So, I will have to have the pants hemmed.

These jeans will get a lot of wear. They look dressy but are so comfortable. Have a lot of stretch but hold their shape well and are definately jeans, not leggings. A big hit with me!

Dream jean!
These are the jeans of my dreams! If you are a petite woman with the so-called "apple" shape, or just a waist that isn't a lot smaller than your hips, like me, I think you will love these jeans. They look and feel like excellent quality denim but no pinching at the waist! I will say consider sizing down. I bought these in my usual PM and I'm keeping them, but I just also ordered them in a PS. I love them.

Great jeans!
I ordered a Regular Medium for my 5' 5.5" and 166 lbs body. The jeans are big and too long for me, but the Petite were sold out. I washed and dried according to directions, hoping they'd shrink and fit perfectly. They did not. So I washed again and dried on medium heat and they still didn't shrink enough. I love the look and feel of them so will have them hemmed.

Soft drape and feel
Not a fan of tie waist belts, but made an exception for these supremely comfortable pants. Perfect length, soft, and lovely drape. Can dress up or down. Also love the generous pockets! Out to walk the dogs: tissue in left front, hair tie in right front, and phone in back right pocket. Planning on this pair being my air travel pants for upcoming trip.

Not for me...
These knit denim jeans were not my favorite. I feel like I ordered the correct size but they just seemed to overwhelm my figure -- and I am someone who loves wide leg pants. The fabric was on the stiffer side. I will say the quality of workmanship was high but the fabric and style were just not for me.

Great pants
Easy lounging pants that can be dressed up. I usually wear xs, but probably could have gone xxs in these. Fabric is just heavy enough to hang nicely. Finally seeing pants from EF that aren’t “cropped “ or “ankle” length.

Wonderful fabric
The fabric is really wonderful - soft, launders well and looks great. I like the fact that the waist has elastic in addition to the drawstring. The legs are wider than I prefer but I decided to keep the pants anyway. I'm getting used to the width. The legs had to be shortened several inches, not unusual for my short legs. I tried the petite but those were also too long. One comment on sizing -- ended up with size S and in numbered sizes I am usually a 14!

Great fit, comfortable style
It took me a while, but I've become a major fan of wide leg jeans and pants. The comfort factor is there, and if the cut is just right, the wide-leg style is more slimming than skin-tight pants. Eileen Fisher nailed it with these.
I also like the darker wash, which makes them a perfect transitional for fall. I ended up ordering the petite size, thanks to the advice of a fashion blogger, and the length is perfect for me. A regular size SMALL would have been way too long.

I wanted to love these. The color and stretch is great but they are not flattering. The pant is baggy and I sized down. Sizing down is a must. It's not jean fabric, more like a knit. I thought they'd be lightweight but they are not. Not good for a summer pant.
