An elevated take on the cargo pant. Our best-selling ankle pant with a sculpted
lantern shape and side pockets. In a slubby blend of cotton and hemp that's
garment dyed for a relaxed feel.

- Subtly curved through the leg, slightly tapered at the ankle. Fits the body with ease.

- 5'9" model in Black is wearing a size extra small. Petite model is 5'5" and wearing a size petite small.
- 1 1/2-inch elastic waistband, fly front with zipper and corozo button closure.
- Side panel detail with cargo pockets.
- 11-inch rise; 28-inch inseam; 7 1/2-inch leg opening (size small). 10 1/2-inch rise; 26-inch inseam; 7-inch leg opening (size petite small).

Not stretchy
I double checked the label to confirm that these were supposed to have a little give in them. I did not find this fabric to have the least bit of stretch at all. They fit great, but I specifically wanted the ease and comfort that comes with a touch of stretch. These had no give at all. Don't buy these for the stretch! otherwise, great lantern pant. I sent mine back.

Fit is everything!
Wearing the cotton hemp stretch lantern pants makes me feel good. The size pp rise, length, waist, and hips fit as if the pants were tailor made.

Love these cargo pants
I'm 5' 105lbs and have worn a PP in Elieen Fisher for the past 20 yrs. I bought the Grove and according to the website got the last pair of Graphite in PP. I've seen reports of inconsistent sizing lately, but I've never had a problem, until now. The Grove are perfect. They pull on without unzipping. But,the Graphite the color I really wanted, is 3 " longer and 3" larger in the waist. They seem to be sold out at every major department store online. So I'm paying to have the Graphite altered to the same size as the Grove. I love the pants,but I have no idea what size the Graphite could be,if they were mislabeled.

I ordered the ps in Grove and sent them back because they were too large.
I ordered the pp and the are too tight in the waist.
If EF gave the waist measurements of garments, or even had that information available through customer service, life would be much easier..
Should I order the xxs? I don’t know. Last year the waist on the xxs was very tight although that is my usual size in EF.
The regular sizes are longer this year and I would need to shorten. Or I could have the elastic in the pp pants released or extended a bit. Very frustrating!
I am 5’ 1” and 125 lbs. I carry weight in my legs so lantern style is perfect for me, when they fit.

Zippers break
I really hate to give this pant such a low rating as I really love the style and fit; however, I only wore them five times before the zipper broke off. EF doesn't do repairs on zippers so the value is extremely poor for something to only be worn a few times.

Loved the pant, except...
I loved everything about this pant including the fit, except if you need a longer rise it may be too short. A 10.5 inch rise typically works for me, so wonder if the rise measurement given in the description is accurate. Looking at the fit on the model in graphite (and some of the other colors) the rise looks too short on the model also.

Jeans alternative with a cool but useless look.
Attractive jeans alternative. Wears well and washes well. But the leg pockets are awkward and useless. Who is able to reach anything carried at one’s lower leg level?! Certainly not my smartphone, possibly my keys, nothing very heavy; the look only is “utility” cool not functional.

inconsistent sizing
I am a PM, 5'2" 138 lb and purchased a pair last year. I purchased a pair this year in the graphite and they are too snug in the waist. Love lantern pant but sizing is off
