My inseam is fairly long for my height, yet these pants are regular length. Which I am very happy about! The fabric is wonderful. Just enough stretch, but they look like 100% cotton fine wale corduroy.

Lovely and soft
I had no idea what to expect as I had never seen these pants in person. I am very pleased with the color, length, and fit. I bought my usual EF size of 16 and the fit is as expected. The corduroy fabric is very soft unlike pants I've owned in the past - I really like them. They will look great with a denim jacket or shirt, a cashmere sweater, or really anything in your closet. For me, at 5'9", these look best with an ankle sandal or boot, too much leg showing between shoe and pant hem and they look overly short. I would buy them again.

Buy a size down in this style. I don’t have a flat tummy and this style wasn’t flattering on me. I really love the pant and the quality of the Corderoy. The color was great but unfortunately it didn’t work on me.

Lovely, Flattering Fit, Comfortable
I purchased in black and oat and love them both. Even the lighter oat color is flattering on this large hips and thighs short (5'1") woman. I was hopeful but had realistic expectations. Love the fine wale, soft fabric and the stretch in the waist band, not a stretchy look, but stretchy fit, is perfect! I got one pair in petite and one in regular size, will keep both. The difference in inseam is only about an inch and both are appropriate for a low heel shoe, sneakers or boots. I've only tried them on, so hope that they don't stretch out too much while wearing and become baggy.

Easy, Versatile pants
These are a new find for me; I look forward to integrating them into my wardrobe basics. I purchased in both the black and the stone-colored Maple Oat colors. As a teacher, I place a high value on pants that are easy to wash at home, have pockets, and fit well and these ticked all those boxes. The neutral colors allow me to go in nearly any direction on top. Though they are corduroy, the fabric is comfortable enough to wear over three seasons of the year in Texas. These pants will easily pair with many different footwear styles. For me, my Doc Marten boots and Mary Janes will usually do the trick.

Nothing Negative
First off, I love Eileen Fisher. So I knew these corduroy pants would be made well, great fabric and would fit well in my size. There aren't any negative surprises when ordering Eileen Fisher. These pants are a wonderful fit and the fabric color is beautiful and subtle.

A fun take on a wardrobe staple
I love these pants and can't wait to start wearing them when the weather is cooler. The corduroy is substantial but doesn't add width, and the fit is unusually flattering for this style. I'm thrilled with the color; it's one of my favorite neutrals. On me the pants ran a little large; I had to go down a size.

Black fabric picks up dirt
The pants are too long for a petite - they end up being ankle (I am 5'1"). But the deal breaker is that the fabric picks up dust easily - they looked dirty out of the bag. I am returning them.

Too wide
I love the way these look online but when I received them, the legs were huge! And this was size XXS.
There was just too much fabric in the bottom for me to like them, so unfortunately I returned them. I really did like the color though and the way it looked online. Maybe if there had been a PP it would have worked for my small body.

Amazing pants
These are truly amazing pants. They are soft, not scratchy, and fit great. I'm 5'10" and 125 lb with heavier legs ( thus my love for wide pants) and I fit in size 6 comfortably but bought them also in size 8 for winter months, when hot chocolate beats cold weather walk anytime and I find myself growing a bit bigger. I'll wait for more sales and might even purchase the third one, one in each color. I just wish they had loops for the belt . Very small hips are not always an advantage .

Great pants!
Great corduroy pant - can be a casual pant or a more dressy trouser. Fit is as expected, and length is great for me. I’m only 5’3’’, and the pant comes a bit past my ankles which I really like. The cropped length is fun, but a longer length is what I really want. I ordered sizes 8, 10 and 12 and found the 8 to be just right. I would love to see more pants like this - maybe in deep forest green, burgundy, dark grey, red colors!

Organic cotton, wonderful, light-cozy feel.
These cords are of a buttery-soft light organic cotton. I'm trying to buy less and of higher, long lasting quality and these comfy gems can be dressed up with a boot or ballet -flat or dressed down with a plimsole/hightop. . . dressy and not dressy at the same time. Gratitude to a company that puts women first and is making more and more organic, upcycled and re-usable offerings.

70's fabric with more comfort!
i love corduroy, so Eileen had me from the get go! It's a pin wale corduroy, which does not give the illusion of more weight on your figure. (i believe wide wale corduroy can give that effect for those blessed individuals with slim legs.) i would suggest maybe considering one size up, if you tend to be widest at the hips. the slash pockets may pucker a little, if the pants are too tight at that area. the stretch of the fabric gives a little forgiveness. if they had a 6 and 1/2 size - they would fit absolutely perfectly on me. love the wide legs and ankle length, which is smashing with shooties or bulkier soled tennis shoes.

Granted I ordered 1 size too big, but these pants are overwhelmingly too much. Yes the fabric is soft and cozy, but the length is much too long and the bells width is much too huge to even work with. Too much material overall. Nope on these . . . .
