Pleasantly surprised
As with all my orders from EF - these boots were packaged with care and attention to detail...Absolutely beautiful. At first - they appeared quite narrow & I required a shoe horn to get them on. However, they are surprisingly pliable - and snugged up comfortably. The first wearing I was on my feet the majority of the day and I had no issues with pinches or tight spots. Since then they have stretched just enough to allow me to get them on with the loosened laces and zipper and I can forego the shoe horn. They are the perfect black everyday boot for the perfect price and I highly recommend them.

Great Shoe but had to spend extra $30 for repairs
I absolutely loved this shoe and bought it even it was above my budget. Unfortunately the tongue of the right boot would fold in everytime and the crease would cut into the top of my foot making the shoe super uncomfortable! I had to spend more money to have the tongue secured and for my feet to feel comfortable. Hoping that I did not have to do this for having already spent a lot on a pair of boots. Slightly disappointed as this was my first purchase from Eileen Fisher.

Comfy Cute and Downright Stylish
I love my EF sandals for their comfort and stylish good looks. But, I hadn't considered buying any boots until my aging feet told me to. These booties are not only sharp looking, but feel good too. I wore them all day the first time out of the box and had no issues. My weak ankles are cushioned, thanks to shoelaces and side zippers that allow me to adjust them to fit just right. I'm very happy with these boots and even more getting them on sale.

Fabulous Boots
So I loved them right of the box - not frumpy at all. And very comfy. NOTE: I have narrow feet, size 9. I did require band aids on the sides of my heels for the first two days - but now I don't. Def worth it too wait it out till they break in. Having broke my foot a few months ago, I also love how stable these boots are without the frump.

Love these booties!
Out of the box these booties are super comfortable. Was on my feet running around all day the first time wearing them and they were great. True to size! you can loosen the laces a little if too tight, easy on and off with side zipper. Love the little lift with the wedge too!!
