Beautiful and functional
I know ordering online can be challenging to get the right size. I found these to fit true to size. I first bought these in black in one size up because of some reviews but I did need to exchange for my regular size and they are just right.

Beautiful, great boots.
Beautiful, great boots. Followed the recommendations here in the reviews and got half a size bigger as they are weirdly narrower than most shoes. The leather is soft, and they're comfy.

Outstanding boot!
I was hesitant to buy these boots because of the price, but it was absolutely worth the money! I had one of my big toes amputated several years ago and have struggled to find stylish shoes/boots that are also comfortable and easy to walk in. These boots are among the best I've found so far.

Great style but too narrow
Overall I love the look of this style, it has a great balance between edgy and classic. It is not too clunky as many similar styles and really goes with everything. I especially like combining it with the boiled wool A-lime skirt or dress as well as the pants. The leather seams soft and hopefully will break in nicely. Now why did I hesitated to keep this style? Because they are cut very very tight! I am still concerned that they will cause my feet to hurt which at that pricepoint would be unforgiving. Many customers have complained about the same issue and I wonder if for the new color the style was proposed this season anything in regards of fitting and shoe bed has been changed.

Fashionable, Well-Made and Comfortable!!!
Another classic piece from Eileen Fisher!! I first saw these on a Sales Representative last year and was desperate for them. Unfortunately, they were sold out. Enter this Fall season and they were one of the first items I rushed to buy. I'm on my feet a lot at work and needed a fashionable, yet comfortable boot. These boots are simply the best, well-made and extremely versatile, you can pair them with skirts, dresses or pants. Do your self a favor and pick-up a pair, or two!!

Surprisingly comfortable!
Surprisingly comfortable! I'm typically not comfortable with shoes/boots with a too narrow toe area, and while these have the appearance of a narrowish front, it doesn't feel that way! Full-disclosure, I did take them to my local cobbler to stretch the front, preemptively. After this, I was able to wear them for a full day at work (I walk-around a good amount) with no problems. A sharp-looking boot!

Love my new Coin leather boots!
I got my new boots today and am very happy with them. I was afraid I might have spent too much. But the minute I put them on I said “ I’m keeping them !” I am going to get some beeswax for the side zipper it’s too stiff. I’m only 4foot 11 and I should wear a size 5. But I learned from Cobbler Bill in Portland not to crowd my toes. So much better for your feet. Plus you’ll be comfortable and have a better day. I bought size 7. I put an insert in and tried on with light hiker socks. Perfect! The boots are for medium to narrow feet. Like all the reviews say. I think they will be worth it because I will enjoy wearing them with my new knit jersey stretch dress. Like in the picture. I just got the dress and I can’t wait to wear it with my boots. Be sure to get a size 7 if you wear a 5 then you can wear socks. Hikers. Winter is coming. Also if you got too large, order some Sole inserts. So good for your feet. Fills up the space. You’ll be very happy. The zipper needs wax and I’ll do that tommorow

Stylish, Beautiful Color, Narrow Width
Loved everything but the persistent pinching on the middle of my foot. Would work well for those narrow shoe wearers. I consider my feet to be normal to tinge wide width and was truly disappointed i had to return these beautiful boots. Their are a very unique color i have not seen before that would absolutely pair well with a variety of color-ways.

Another Pair of EF Boots
Love these boots.. perfect for fall and all of the autumn colors..
They fit true to size, if you have other Eileen Fisher boots. I wear an 8 1/2 and foot is somewhat narrow. They fit perfectly. This is my 5th pair of boots like these...

Love the Brown Leather, but Runs Small
Love the brown leather, it's so soft. The boot does run small in the width and slightly small in the length. Every pair of Eileen shoes I own are a 9, had to get a 9.5 in these.

Comfortable out of the box!
I don't usually have time to post reviews but I love these boots so much I decided to make time. When I tried to buy them last fall, I was so bummed they were out of my size. I kept checking though, EF restocked and I was able to purchase them online. They are easy to put on, lightweight and keep my feet dry in rainy Northern California weather. I put an Aldo felt insert in them, as I do most of my shoes, so the fit is perfect. Style wise I would have preferred them without the zip, but I found combat boots without the zip were difficult to get on. I tried several combat boots, from Cole Haan, Madewell, Frye, Aldo and All Saints. These were the best. Pricey, but worth every penny. I wear them with pants, jeans and dresses. They will be a key piece in my travel wardrobe for an upcoming trip to Europe.

A little too clunky, and narrow
I returned these. The sole was a little too much in real life… yes, it’s the style, but I’m not a lumberjack. Also, EF shoes have been running narrow for the past year… please go back to the old foot form! I can’t wear “real” socks with any of the new styles… only thin nylon trouser socks.
Otherwise, the leather was lovely!

These are very cool boots, with a funky vibe that elevates a pair of jeans or leggings. And they are truly comfortable right out of the box. i walked for miles in them without any discomfort. The side zipper is great for convenience, but adds a bit of flare as well.

Classic Combat Boot
I like the classics when I saw these boots I knew I had to have them, I really appreciate the quality of EF shoes and have quite a few pairs. I’ve been recovering from a torn ligament in my ankle so I’m extremely picky about what I wear these boots not only protect my ankle but they feel good on and are very comfortable I would rate these a solid 10. Thanks EF for great fitting shoes and excellent quality.
