Shedding!!!
I have worn this chenille sweater (the cardigan, in navy) twice and kept wondering what the small blackish dots were around my house and car. The chenille is constantly shedding even after a careful wash. I am a very big fan of EF mostly because I can wear items for many years since the cut and fabrics are classics. But sadly this appealing- looking (and feeling) item has a zero design/construction life and have to return it.

Don’t Buy
The amount of pilling and shedding this sweater did is absolutely crazy. I couldn’t figure out where all the lint in my house was coming from. I took the sweater off and my bathroom floor was covered with lint. I’m returning, it’s crazy

Very disappointed
I love EF but this sweater is a huge disappointment J III at from wearing my seatbelt in the car the piling is smashed and when I stood at hand dryer to dry my hands the piling we’re blowing off and going everywhere This sweater was not inexpensive and I am afraid I will not be able to wear it a second time.

Poor Material
I love the sweater, but when I washed the sweater the first time the amount of fibres that shed was unbelievable. I very afraid to wash it again, there will not be any sweater left! I have other Eileen Fisher chenille sweater and they never lost any fibres.

Chenille Blend V-Neck Top MULLED GRAPE
This year I purchased a chenille sweater in Mulled Grape, a color that pairs well with EF Aubergine, an eggplant color. The sweater is 74% Lyocelle and 26% Organic Cotton, is fairly light weight but warm. In the past, the chenille sweaters were more generous in size, but this is a true EF size Small. Knowing this material, it is stretchy. Follow laundering instructions as listed on label.

Beautiful Sweater
I love this sweater so much that I bought two (black and aubergine). I have never liked chenille but this feels different, heftier and sleeker. Has a bit of sheen. It’s that sweater I find myself reaching for often. I have had zero trouble with pilling or fluff.
