Barely feels like wool
I was very disappointed in the quality of this fabric. I was expecting the same as the shorter version of this that I have had for a couple years. The wool is almost tissue thin & wouldn’t even be good for me as a cardigan, let alone a coat. I have both a camel and a teal shorter version & both are size XS. I ordered a size M in this version & I could have used a size large! It’s been returned. Too bad! I would have loved a longer version in a nicer, thicker wool.

Disappointed in Performance of Fabric
I just wore this jacket for the first time since my purchase and was disappointed -- while I love the overall style and fashion statement this EF high collar jacket makes, the fabric picks up everything you brush up against as well as fibers from most sweaters worn underneath it. I find myself using the lint brush before each use. Additionally, I did find the XS too snug in the shoulders and arms -- I purchased this item in a S but actually preferred the overall fit of the XS in the body of the garment. I will not purchase any EF items in this fiber content again. I also wish I had worn it around the house before removing the tags -- it would have gone back for a refund or an exchange for another jacket in a higher quality fabric.

My new favorite coat!
Just received my coat today, I like lightweight coats and jackets, so perfect for me. Heavy enough to wear in colder temperatures. Looks beautiful on! My fifth Eileen boiled wool coat.

Perfect for travel
Light weight- but still cozy. I prefer a slim leg with this style and it gives an elegant swirl for evening. The nocturne color works with black and browns and some navy’s. A full price purchase and i am so glad I have it for my fall/winter wardrobe to dress up many of last years pieces. I am 5.4 and it makes me look taller, which I love. .

fabric too thin
Would have loved it if it was twice the weight. It was very thin and felt like felt. Not much warmth at all. A very, very light topper.

All that and a bag of chips!
I splurged and treated myself to a milestone birthday gift. This jacket is perfect for layering or wearing as a “coat” for my personal summers. This jacket screams sophistication and I can dress it up or down. I have received so many compliments. This was an investment that is well worth it. I am contemplating purchasing in more than one color. I usually wear a medium which fit nicely, but I sized up to make sure I have room when I layer.

Perfect Fall coat
I bought this coat in black and serpentine. I always wear an ccs and it perfectly. I love the shawl collar and the large pockets. The slit up the side is at just the right place. I can easily wear this coat over a sweater and not feel like I need more room.

Snug across back
Regular size fit. No extra room for winter top, thin sweater underneath!! Usually wear PP will try PS. Really like material. Why so skimpy in shoulders and across back??
