Classy Mule
Absolutely love the mules in black. I was worried with the contour footbed my heel would hang off the end. My foot fit perfectly on the shoe bed. I wear medium width, my foot is narrow. I had no problem walking in the shoe. I seriously doubt that I would wear this style for long periods of walking. I have only worn once for the day. There was no breaking in period needed. I highly recommend the mule. It is so much more polished looking than other mules I own that are similar. Wear size 8 and purchased size 8.

Very uncomfortable
These shoes are cute but so uncomfortable. I sized up per reviews, but they took the skin off of my third toes on both sides after one day of wearing them. I was at work, so I couldn't take them off when they started to hurt. My toes were bleeding after 8 hours. I thought I might try socks, but that really ruins the look. I wanted to wear them with skirts and shorts too. I don't know if I can return them after wearing them to work all day.

Pain on the bridge
They look elegant and comfortable… but after 2-3 weeks of wearing them, the mules still hurt the bridge of my feet on every step. I cannot use them for two consecutive days.

Well made and good looking
Comfortable shoes, and because of open back, I was able to size down to arrive at a net narrower shoe to fit my narrow feet. i hope that the slightly-rough outsole will keep me from slipping on a wet surface, but I haven't had a chance to test that yet.
